Vienna: Demonstration to the U.S. Embassy in Support for Gaza

About 150 people marched on 25 April, despite rainy weather, to the U.S. embassy in Vienna to protest against Washington’s support for the genocide in Gaza. The demonstration was organized by the Arab Palestine Club and led by comrade Mohammed. Speeches were held by Mohamed, comrade Ben (an anti-Zionist Jew from the U.S.), Franz (Palestine Committee) as well as a female representative of the pro-Palestine student activists. In addition, Michael Pröbsting, International Secretary of the RCIT, did also speak.

In his speech, Michael pointed out that hardly anyone expected that Gaza could withstand the brutal Zionist onslaught for 18 months. This was only possible due to the heroic resistance of the Palestinian people and their armed factions as well as the huge international solidarity movement. He pointed to the massive global shift in public opinion in favour of the Palestinian people.

However, it is also telling that the so-called “international community” allowed Israel to massacre tens of thousands of Palestinians. In fact, many governments – including the corrupt Arab regimes – (verbally) show compassion with the Palestinian people but continue to support the Zionist settler state directly or directly. Michael emphasised that only a revival of the Arab Revolution to overthrow these regimes as well as global popular actions against the Israeli war machinery will help the Palestinian people.

Viena: Manifestación ante la Embajada de EE. UU. en apoyo a Gaza

Unas 150 personas marcharon el 25 de abril, a pesar de la lluvia, hasta la embajada de EE. UU. en Viena para protestar contra el apoyo de Washington al genocidio en Gaza. La manifestación fue organizada por el Club Árabe Palestino y encabezada por el camarada Mohammed. Pronunciaron discursos Mohamed, el camarada Ben (judío antisionista estadounidense), Franz (Comité Palestino), así como una representante de los activistas estudiantiles pro-Palestina. Michael Pröbsting, secretario internacional de la RCIT, también intervino.

En su discurso, Michael señaló que casi nadie esperaba que Gaza pudiera resistir la brutal embestida sionista durante 18 meses. Esto solo fue posible gracias a la heroica resistencia del pueblo palestino y sus facciones armadas, así como al enorme movimiento internacional de solidaridad. Destacó el enorme cambio en la opinión pública mundial a favor del pueblo palestino.

Sin embargo, también es revelador que la autodenominada "comunidad internacional" haya permitido que Israel masacrara a decenas de miles de palestinos. De hecho, muchos gobiernos, incluidos los corruptos regímenes árabes, muestran (verbalmente) compasión por el pueblo palestino, pero continúan apoyando al estado colono sionista directa o indirectamente. Michael enfatizó que solo un resurgimiento de la Revolución Árabe para derrocar a estos regímenes, así como acciones populares globales contra la maquinaria de guerra israelí, ayudarán al pueblo palestino.

Wien: Demonstration zur US -Botschaft in Solidarität mit Gaza

Ungefähr 150 Menschen marschierten am 25. April trotz regnerischer Wetters zur US -Botschaft in Wien, um gegen Washingtons Unterstützung für den Völkermord in Gaza zu protestieren. Die Demonstration wurde vom Arabischen Palästina-Club organisiert und von Genosse Mohammed geleitet. Reden wurden gehalten von Mohamed, Genossen Ben (einem antizionistischen Juden aus den USA), Franz (Palästina-Komitee) sowie einer Sprecherin der pro-palästinensischen Uni-Aktivisten. Darüber hinaus sprach auch Michael Pröbsting, internationaler Sekretär des RCIT.

In seiner Rede wies Michael darauf hin, dass kaum jemand erwartete, dass Gaza 18 Monate lang den brutalen zionistischen Ansturm standhalten könnte. Dies war nur aufgrund des heldenhaften Widerstandes des palästinensischen Volkes und ihrer bewaffneten Fraktionen sowie der riesigen internationalen Solidaritätsbewegung möglich. Er wies auf die massive globale Verschiebung der öffentlichen Meinung zugunsten des palästinensischen Volkes hin.

Es ist jedoch auch bezeichnend, dass die sogenannte „internationale Gemeinschaft“ Israel erlaubte, Zehntausende von Palästinensern zu massakrieren. Tatsächlich heucheln viele Regierungen - einschließlich der korrupten arabischen Regime - (verbal) Mitgefühl mit dem palästinensischen Volk, unterstützen aber weiterhin den zionistischen Siedlerstaat direkt oder direkt. Michael betonte, dass nur eine Wiederbelebung der arabischen Revolution, um diese Regime zu stürzen sowie weltweite Aktionen des Völker gegen die israelischen Kriegsmaschinerie, dem palästinensischen Volk helfen wird.

Stop the Brutal Suppression of the 200-Day Struggle of the Dismissed ISU Workers!

Statement by the Workers’ Revolutionary Party (Preparation Group), April 20, 2025

On 18 April 2025, Hyundai Motor mobilized hired thugs and the police to violently disrupt a legitimate and lawful workers’ protest. The bourgeoisie and the state, hand in hand, trampled on subcontracted workers demanding their right to live. This scene of barbarism is nothing new. Hyundai's bourgeois management and their police lackeys have repeatedly resorted to violent repression – from the struggle to abolish illegal dispatch of non-regular workers, to the recent brutal attacks on ISU workers’ 100-day protest. Even after Yoon Suk-yeol was impeached, the bourgeois class's violent assault on workers’ struggles has only intensified – becoming more blatant, systematic, and ruthless.

1. 580 Hyundai Thugs Storm the Rally, 480 Police Mobilized

Around 3 p.m., during a cultural event marking 260 days of the ISU workers’ struggle, over 500 company-hired goons stormed the rally under police protection. They destroyed tents and sound equipment, assaulted union members and supporters indiscriminately, and sent four unionists to the hospital. Many more sustained injuries.

2. Second Wave of Violence During Sit-In Protest

At 6 p.m., as some protestors began a sit-in condemning the earlier violence, Hyundai's thugs launched a second attack. They attempted to seize equipment, pulled a female comrade by the hair, punched her in the head until she collapsed, and caused further injuries. Four more people were rushed to the hospital.

3. Third Assault During Nighttime Leafleting – More Arrests

Around 8 p.m. on April 19, while leafleting during the night shift change, company-hired thugs struck again – tearing down banners, attacking unionists, and sending one Hyundai Heavy Industries subcontractor to the emergency room with head trauma and bleeding. Three protestors, including one unionist and two supporters, were arrested by the police.

The Struggle for Reinstatement of ISU Workers is Just! We Will Not Back Down in the Face of Bourgeois Repression and Violence!

Following the Supreme Court's ruling in favour of workers against illegal dispatch, Hyundai Motor has escalated retaliation to conceal the last remnants of its crimes. They unjustly fired ISU workers—who had long endured exploitation—and replaced them with precarious contract workers to preserve their profits under the guise of legality. The only weapon we have against this bourgeois repression is the united class struggle and solidarity of workers.

The ISU workers' struggle is part of a rising wave of non-regular workers’ movements across the country – from high-altitude protests by KOTONGKO-Joseon subcontractors, Sejong Hotel workers, and Optical Hightech unionists, to the dismissed workers at Seojin (Hyundai Heavy Industries) and Homeplus. The Ulsan chapter of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), the Ulsan branch of the Metalworkers’ Union, local solidarity groups, and Hope Bus actions have all joined the fight. Above all, the resolve of the ISU workers themselves remains unshaken. Let us consolidate every struggle, strengthen our unity, and expand solidarity!

This brutal crackdown proves that even after the impeachment of Yoon Suk-yeol, the bourgeois regime remains unscathed. It is not merely surviving – it has become more savage under the pressures of global crisis. Anyone who expects meaningful change under the incoming Lee Jae-myung administration will be sorely disappointed. Class confrontation with the bourgeoisie cannot be resolved through compromise or national unity. It requires a clear line of class separation and uncompromising workers’ solidarity.

El 18 de abril de 2025, Hyundai Motor movilizó a matones a sueldo y a la policía para dispersar violentamente una protesta obrera legítima y legal. La burguesía y el Estado pisotearon a los trabajadores subcontratados que exigían su derecho a la vida. Esta escena de barbarie no es nueva, ya que la patronal de Hyundai y sus lacayos policiales han recurrido repetidamente a la represión violenta, desde la lucha por abolir el envío ilegal de trabajadores no regulares hasta los recientes ataques brutales contra la protesta de 100 días de los trabajadores de ISU. Incluso, tras el despido de Yoon Suk-yeol, el violento ataque de la clase burguesa contra las luchas obreras se ha intensificado, volviéndose más flagrante, sistemático y despiadado.

1. 580 matones de Hyundai irrumpen en la manifestación y se movilizan 480 policías

Alrededor de las 15:00, durante un evento cultural conmemorativo de los 260 días de lucha de los trabajadores de ISU, más de 500 matones contratados por la empresa irrumpieron en la manifestación con protección policial. Destruyeron carpas y equipos de sonido, agredieron indiscriminadamente a miembros y simpatizantes del sindicato y enviaron a cuatro sindicalistas al hospital. Muchos más resultaron heridos.

2. Segunda Ola de Violencia durante la Sentada de Protesta

A las 18:00, mientras algunos manifestantes iniciaban una sentada para condenar la violencia anterior, los matones de Hyundai lanzaron un segundo ataque. Intentaron apoderarse de equipo, tiraron del cabello a una compañera, la golpearon en la cabeza hasta que se desplomó y le causaron más lesiones. Cuatro personas más fueron trasladadas de urgencia al hospital.

3. Tercer Ataque durante la Reparto Nocturno de Folletos – Más Arrestos

Alrededor de las 20:00 del 19 de abril, mientras se repartían folletos durante el cambio de turno de noche, matones contratados por la empresa atacaron de nuevo: derribaron pancartas, atacaron a sindicalistas y enviaron a un subcontratista de Hyundai Heavy Industries a urgencias con traumatismo craneoencefálico y hemorragia. Tres manifestantes, entre ellos un sindicalista y dos simpatizantes, fueron arrestados por la policía.

¡La lucha por la reincorporación de los trabajadores de ISU es justa! ¡No cederemos ante la represión y la violencia burguesas!

Tras el fallo del Tribunal Supremo a favor de los trabajadores contra el despido ilegal, Hyundai Motor ha intensificado las represalias para ocultar los últimos vestigios de sus crímenes. Despidieron injustamente a los trabajadores de ISU, quienes habían sufrido explotación durante mucho tiempo, y los reemplazaron con trabajadores con contratos precarios para preservar sus ganancias bajo el pretexto de la legalidad. La única arma que tenemos contra esta represión burguesa es la lucha unitaria y la solidaridad de los trabajadores.

La lucha de los trabajadores de ISU forma parte de una creciente ola de movimientos obreros no regulares en todo el país, desde las protestas a gran altura de los subcontratistas de KOTONGKO-Joseon, los trabajadores del Hotel Sejong y los sindicalistas de Optical Hightech, hasta los trabajadores despedidos de Seojin (Hyundai Heavy Industries) y Homeplus. 4.18 현대차 용역폭력, 경찰폭력 사태를 강력히 규탄한다!

- 이수기업 해고 200일 투쟁에 대한 폭력적 탄압을 중단하라!

2025년 4월18일 현대자동차는 구사대와 경찰을 동원해 정당하고 합법적인 집회투쟁을 침탈했다. 자본과 권력은 한 통속이 되어 생존권을 외치는 하청노동자들을 무자비한 폭력으로 짓밟았다. 이 야만의 광경은 낯설지 않다. 현대차 자본과 그 졸개들인 경찰은 현대차비정규직 노동자들의 불법파견 철폐투쟁에 대한 폭력탄압에서부터 불과 얼마 전 이수기업 해고자들의 100일 투쟁에 대한 폭력침탈에 이르기까지 무차별 폭력진압으로 일관했다. 윤석열 탄핵인용 이후에도 노동자투쟁에 대한 자본가계급의 야만적 폭력은 변함없이 활개치고 있다. 더욱 노골적이고 조직적으로 공격하고 있다.

1. 580명 구사대폭력 난입, 경찰 480명 투입

오후 3시경 이수기업 해고 260일 투쟁문화제에 경찰의 비호 하에 현대차 구사대 500여명이 난입해 집회를 파괴하고 조합원과 연대자들을 무차별 폭행했다. 천막과 앰프를 부수고 조합원 4명이 병원에 실려 가고 다수 연대자가 부상당했다.

2. 연좌농성에 대한 2차 폭력침탈

오후6시경 폭력침탈 이후 일부 대오가 침탈을 규탄하며 연좌농성에 돌입하자 구사대는 앰프탈취를 시도하며 1차 폭력에 이어 2차 폭력을 감행했다. 여성동지의 머리채를 잡고 주먹으로 가격해 실신시켰고, 추가로 4명이 병원으로 긴급 이송됐다.

3. 야간 선전전 중 3차 폭력과 연행

19일 8시경 야간조 퇴근 선전전 중 사측 용역들이 다시 침탈해 현수막을 강탈하고 조합원들을 폭행했다. 현대중공업 사내하청 조합원 한명은 뇌진탕과 출혈로 응급이송 되었고 항의하던 노동자, 연대자 3명이 경찰에 의해 연행되었다.

이수기업 복직투쟁 정당하다! 현대차자본의 노골적 탄압과 폭력 앞에 결코 물러설 수 없다.

불법파견에 대한 대법승소 이후 현대차는 불법파견 마지막 잔재를 은폐하기 위해 일방적인 해고를 자행했다. 수십 년을 불법으로 하청노동자들의 고혈을 빨아먹다가 불법을 은폐하기 위해 멀쩡하게 일하던 이수기업 노동자들을 해고하고 그 자리를 합법성을 가장한 촉탁직으로 채워, 대놓고 빨아먹겠다는 것이다. 자본의 탄압에 맞서는 우리의 무기는 노동자들의 계급적 단결과 연대뿐이다.

이수기업 해고자들의 투쟁을 한 축으로 거통고조선하청지회, 세종호텔지부, 옵티컬하이테크지회의 고공투쟁을 비롯해 현중사내하청지회 서진 해고자들, 홈플러스 노동자들 등 전국적으로 비정규직 투쟁들이 솟구치고 있다. 민주노총 울산을 비롯해 금속노조 울산지부, 지역의 연대 단위 동지들, 희망버스등이 투쟁에 연대하고 있다. 무엇보다 이수기업 해고자 주체들의 투쟁의지는 꺾이지 않았다. 모든 투쟁을 묶어세우며 단결을 공고히 하고 연대를 더욱 확대하여 앞으로 나아가자.

이번 폭력침탈은 윤석열 탄핵 이후에도 자본과 이를 떠받치는 이 체제는 전혀 흔들림이 없다는 것을 잘 보여준다. 오히려 세계적인 위기 속에서 더욱 노골적이고 잔혹해졌다. 이재명 정부가 들어선다고 달라질 건 없다는 것을 미리 보여준다. 자본가계급과의 투쟁은 계급분단선을 넘나드는 통합이 아니라 분단선을 명확히 긋는 노동자계급 단결 속에서만 가능하다. 노동자혁명당(준)은 그 길에 늘 함께 할 것이다.

Vienna: Rally against Israel's occupation wars

Almost 30 activists took to the streets in Vienna on April 10 to protest the ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people.

The rally was organized by the Arabischer Palästina-Club (APC). Several speakers addressed the rally, including Max Kmiecik, spokesperson for the RCIT.

In his speech, Comrade Max accused the Austrian media and politicians (especially the SPÖ and ÖVP) of continuing to side with the apartheid state Israel despite all its atrocities. True to the nature of an imperialist occupyer, Israel is also attacking Syria, stealing territories from a heroic people who, after more than 14 years of revolutionary civil war, successfully overthrew the bloody regime of dictator Assad. With his fiery speech, Max successfully alarmed the supporters of genocide, who still exist in Austria.

Our comrade concluded his indictment against the terrorist state of Israel with a quote from the murdered journalist Hossam Shabat: "If you’re reading this, it means I have been killed — most likely targeted — by the Israeli occupation forces. I documented the horrors in northern Gaza minute by minute, determined to show the world the truth they tried to bury. I slept on pavements, in schools, in tents—anywhere I could. Each day was a battle for survival. I endured hunger for months, yet I never left my people’s side."

Our joint struggle will continue until the Palestinian people are finally united and can live in freedom and peace in their homeland!

Wien: Kundgebung gegen die israelischen Besatzungskriege

Knapp 30 Aktivistinnen und Aktivisten gingen am 10.April in Wien auf die Straße, um gegen den anhaltenden Genozid am palästinensischen Volk zu protestieren.

Die Kundgebung wurde vom Arabischen Palästina Club (APC) organisiert. Mehrere Rednerinnen und Redner traten bei der Kundgebung auf, darunter auch Max Kmiecik, Sprecher der RCIT.

In seiner Rede klagte Genosse Max die österreichischen Medien und Politiker (allen voran der SPÖ und ÖVP) an, sich trotz all der Gäueltaten des Apartheidstaates Israel immer noch auf dessen Seite zu stellen. Ganz dem Wesen eines imperialistischen Besatzerstaates nach, greift Israel auch Syrien an und besetzt Gebiete eines heldenhaften Volkes, das nach mehr als 14 Jahren des revolutionären Bürgerkrieges das blutige Regime des Diktators Assad erfolgreich gestürzt hat. Max hat mit seiner feurigen Rede erfolgreich Freunde des Genozides, die es nach wie vor in Österreich gibt, aufgeschreckt. Unser Genosse schloss seine Anklage gegen den Terrorstaat Israel mit einem Zitat des ermordeten Journalisten Hossam Shabat ab: "Wenn Sie dies lesen, bedeutet das, dass ich getötet wurde – höchstwahrscheinlich von den israelischen Besatzungstruppen. Als das alles begann, war ich erst 21 Jahre alt – ein College-Student mit Träumen wie jeder andere auch. In den letzten 18 Monaten habe ich jeden Augenblick meines Lebens meinem Volk gewidmet. Ich habe die Schrecken im nördlichen Gazastreifen Minute für Minute dokumentiert, entschlossen dazu, der Welt die Wahrheit zu zeigen, die sie zu begraben versuchen. Ich schlief auf Bürgersteigen, in Schulen, in Zelten – überall, wo ich konnte. Jeder Tag war ein Kampf ums Überleben. Monatelang ertrug ich Hunger, doch ich wich nie von der Seite meines Volkes."

Unser gemeinsamer Kampf geht solange weiter bis das ganze palästinensische Volk endlich vereint ist, und in ihrer Heimat in Freiheit und Frieden leben kann!

South Korea: 32nd Ulsan Emergency Action for Peace in Palestine

On April 5, 2025, we held the 32nd Emergency Action for Peace in Palestine in Ulsan. A total of 27 comrades participated, including full-time officers from the Ulsan branch of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), the Ulsan branch of the Korean Metal Workers’ Union, the Hyundai Glovis Ulsan chapter, Lee Soo – a dismissed worker from the Hyundai Motor Irregular Workers’ Union, the Hyundai Heavy Industries Subcontractor Workers’ Union, 2030 Malbeol, comrade Jeong Seung-chul from Busan, the Ulsan chapter of the Labor Party, the Workers' Revolutionary Party (Preparation Group), and the March to Socialism Ulsan Regional Committee. We sincerely thank all comrades who joined us in this action.

Today’s action was more than a show of interest or solidarity with the situation in Palestine—it was a site of practical solidarity by the people resisting the violence and oppression of imperialism. Especially in light of the news of the impeachment of Yoon Suk-yeol, the traitor behind a domestic coup, we understood this situation as part of the struggle against authoritarian, anti-people rule within Korean society. At the same time, we linked it to the international people's struggle against war crimes and colonial domination by the United States and Israel.

The Yoon Suk-yeol regime, throughout its tenure, has followed the hegemonic and violent paths of the U.S. and Israel, remaining silent or complicit in the face of the invasion and massacre of Palestine. This is not merely a matter of foreign policy—it lays bare for whom power in this land truly exists. Yoon’s impeachment is not just the ousting of an individual. It is a signal flare indicating that the foundations of oppression, deception, and unjust alliances are being shaken, and it is a call for the people to step forward as agents of political change.

The current situation in Gaza is, quite literally, hell on earth. Since March 18, the U.S. and Israel have unilaterally broken a ceasefire agreement and launched renewed large-scale bombings and ground assaults. In just a few weeks, more than 1,060 Palestinians have lost their lives, and over 2,600 have been injured. Hospitals have collapsed, electricity has been cut off, and even children, women, and the elderly are being targeted in military operations. We cannot remain silent in the face of this reality. This is not simply a war—it is a planned, organized genocide and ethnic cleansing.

But the Palestinian people are not kneeling. The armed groups and masses in Gaza have chosen resistance, not surrender. They are not bowing to colonial domination – they are fighting for self-determination and liberation. We support their struggle. We will echo their cries for “freedom” and “liberation” here in Ulsan.

Workers, youth, and socialists in Ulsan say this clearly: the liberation of Palestine is our liberation. This solidarity is not about someone else’s struggle. All peoples resisting imperialism are sharing a common front, and we are fighting on that front together. Our enemies are not only beyond borders. All powers and structures that exploit our lives, oppress us, and force our silence are interconnected.

The liberation of Palestine is the hope of people around the world. Their struggle poses questions to us: On which side will we stand? What kind of world do we desire? What kind of life will we live? We must not remain silent, we must not be bystanders—we must fight with anger and solidarity.

Today’s action is not an end, but a beginning. The cry for Palestine’s freedom and liberation will continue. We will gather again in this place every week. And we will do so with more people. We will build broader solidarity and shout with louder voices.

오늘 우리는 울산 32차 팔레스타인 평화를 위한 긴급행동을 진행했습니다. 민주노총 울산지역본부 상근 간부, 금속노조 울산지부 상근 간부, 현대글로비스 울산지회, 현대차 비정규직지회 이수 해고자, 현대중공업 사내하청지회, 2030 말벌, 부산의 정승철 동지, 노동당 울산시당, 노동자혁명당(준), 사회주의를향한전진울산지역위원회 등 총 27명의 동지들이 함께 했습니다. 이 자리에 함께해 주신 모든 동지들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.

오늘의 행동은 단순히 팔레스타인 상황에 대한 관심과 연대를 넘어서, 제국주의의 폭력과 억압에 저항하고자 하는 민중의 실천적 연대의 장이었습니다. 특히 내란수괴 윤석열의 파면 소식과 맞물려, 우리는 이 사태를 한국 사회 내부의 권위주의, 반민중적 통치에 맞선 투쟁의 일부로, 동시에 미국과 이스라엘의 전쟁범죄, 식민지 지배 체제에 맞선 국제 민중 투쟁과 연결해 인식하고자 했습니다.

윤석열 정권은 집권 기간 동안 미국과 이스라엘의 패권주의와 폭력에 추종해왔고, 팔레스타인에 대한 침공과 학살에 대해 침묵하거나 묵인해왔습니다. 이는 단순한 외교적 태도의 문제가 아니라, 이 땅의 권력이 누구를 위해 존재하는지를 여실히 드러내는 것입니다. 윤석열 파면은 단지 한 인물의 퇴진을 의미하는 것이 아닙니다. 그것은 억압과 기만, 불의한 동맹의 기반이 흔들리고 있음을 보여주는 신호탄이며, 민중이 직접 정치를 바꾸는 주체로 나서야 할 때임을 말해줍니다.

현재 팔레스타인 가자지구의 상황은 말 그대로 생지옥입니다. 3월 18일 이후, 미국과 이스라엘은 휴전협정을 일방적으로 파기하고 다시금 대규모 폭격과 지상군 투입을 감행하고 있습니다. 단 몇 주 사이에 팔레스타인인 1,060여 명이 목숨을 잃고, 2,600여 명이 부상을 입었습니다. 병원은 붕괴되고 전기는 끊겼으며, 어린이와 여성, 노인까지도 군사작전의 대상이 되는 현실 앞에 우리는 침묵할 수 없습니다. 이는 단순한 전쟁이 아니라, 계획적이고 조직적인 학살이며 인종청소입니다.

그러나 팔레스타인 인민은 무릎 꿇지 않고 있습니다. 가자지구의 무장 단체들과 민중은 항복이 아닌 저항을 선택했습니다. 그들은 식민 지배에 굴복하지 않고, 자기결정권과 해방을 향해 싸우고 있습니다. 우리는 이들의 투쟁을 지지합니다. 우리는 그들이 외치는 ‘자유’와 ‘해방’의 외침을, 울산 땅에서도 함께 외칠 것입니다.

울산의 노동자와 청년, 사회주의자들은 분명히 말합니다. 팔레스타인의 해방은 곧 우리의 해방입니다. 이 연대는 그저 남의 일이 아닙니다. 제국주의에 맞서 싸우는 모든 민중은 하나의 전선을 공유하고 있으며, 그 전선 위에서 우리는 함께 싸우고 있습니다. 우리의 적은 국경 너머에만 있지 않습니다. 우리의 삶을 착취하고, 억압하고, 침묵을 강요하는 모든 권력과 구조는 서로 연결되어 있습니다.

팔레스타인의 해방은 곧 세계 민중의 희망입니다. 그들의 투쟁은 우리에게 질문을 던집니다. 우리는 어떤 편에 설 것인가. 우리는 어떤 세계를 바라는가. 우리는 어떤 삶을 살아갈 것인가. 우리는 침묵하지 않고, 방관하지 않고, 분노와 연대로 싸워 나가야 합니다.

오늘의 행동은 끝이 아니라 시작입니다. 팔레스타인의 자유와 해방을 위한 외침은 앞으로도 계속될 것입니다. 우리는 매주 이 자리에서 다시 모일 것입니다. 그리고 더 많은 사람들과 함께할 것입니다. 더 넓은 연대를 만들고, 더 강한 목소리로 외칠 것입니다.

Argentina: Mobilization on the Anniversary of the Last Military Coup

This 24^th March, as every year, a massive mobilization took place in Buenos Aires and throughout the country on the anniversary of the 1976 military coup. Tens of thousands of people demonstrated to repudiate the last dictatorship and remember the disappeared people. This mobilization always has a current political content, and this year, it was also directed against the austerity measures and repression of the Milei government and the pact with the IMF.

Convergencia Socialista, the Argentine section of the CCRI, participated as always in the demonstration, calling for the continuation of the struggle for socialism carried out by the comrades who fell under the dictatorship.

Argentina; Movilización en el aniversario del último golpe militar

Este 24 de marzo, como todos los años, hubo en Buenos Aires y todo el país una masiva movilización en el aniversario del golpe militar de 1976. Decenas de miles de personas se manifestaron para repudiar a la última dictadura, y recordar a los desaparecidos. Esta movilización siempre tiene un contenido político actual y este año también se expresó, con la lectura de documentos, contra el ajuste y la represión del gobierno de Milei y el pacto con el FMI.

Convergencia Socialista, la sección argentina de la CCRI, participó como siempre en la manifestación, llamando a continuar la lucha por el socialismo que llevaron adelante los compañeros y compañeras caídos bajo la dictadura.

Vienna: Rally against the Israel’s Renewed Genocide in Gaza

About 200 people assembled in Vienna's city centre on 21 March to show their outrage against the Israel’s break of ceasefire. Already in the first few days, the Zionist terrorists slaughtered several hundred people, the majority of them women and children.

The rally was organized by the Palestinian Community of Austria. Several speakers addressed the rally, including Michael Pröbsting, International Secretary of the RCIT.

In his speech, Michael said that the ongoing genocide reveals once more the nature of the settler state which has waged one war after the other since its foundation in 1948, resulting in the killing and expulsion of the native Palestinian population. He emphasised that there can be no peace and no justice in the Middle East as long as this Apartheid state continues to exist. The only solution is a single state from the rive to the sea in which Palestinians and Jews can live peacefully together. Furthermore, Michael denounced the complicity of European governments in Israel’s genocide and the lack of support by Arab regimes for Palestine. He said that the Palestinian people need aid and arms to survive and to defend their homeland.

Viena: Manifestación contra el reanudado genocidio israelí en Gaza

Unas 200 personas se congregaron en el centro de Viena el 21 de marzo para expresar su indignación por la ruptura del alto el fuego por parte de Israel. Ya en los primeros días, los terroristas sionistas masacraron a cientos de personas, la mayoría mujeres y niños.

La manifestación fue organizada por la Comunidad Palestina de Austria. Varios oradores intervinieron, entre ellos Michael Pröbsting, secretario internacional de la CCRI.

En su discurso, Michael afirmó que el genocidio en curso revela una vez más la naturaleza del Estado colono, que ha librado una guerra tras otra desde su fundación en 1948, resultando en la matanza y expulsión de la población palestina nativa. Enfatizó que no puede haber paz ni justicia en Oriente Medio mientras exista este Estado de apartheid. La única solución es un Estado único, desde el río hasta el mar, donde palestinos y judíos puedan convivir en paz. Además, Michael denunció la complicidad de los gobiernos europeos en el genocidio israelí y la falta de apoyo de los regímenes árabes a Palestina. Afirmó que el pueblo palestino necesita ayuda y armas para sobrevivir y defender su patria.

Wien: Kundgebung gegen den erneuten Völkermord Israels in Gaza

Rund 200 Menschen versammelten sich am 21. März in der Wiener Innenstadt, um ihre Empörung über den Waffenstillstandsbruch Israels auszudrücken. Bereits in den ersten Tagen massakrierten die zionistischen Terroristen mehrere hundert Menschen, die meisten davon Frauen und Kinder.

Die Kundgebung wurde von der Palästinensischen Gemeinde Österreichs organisiert. Mehrere Rednerinnen und Redner sprachen bei der Kundgebung, darunter Michael Pröbsting, Internationaler Sekretär der RCIT.

In seiner Rede sagte Michael, dass der anhaltende Völkermord einmal mehr das Wesen des Siedlerstaates zeigt, der seit seiner Gründung 1948 einen Krieg nach dem anderen führe, was zur Tötung und Vertreibung der einheimischen palästinensischen Bevölkerung führt. Er betonte, dass es im Nahen Osten keinen Frieden und keine Gerechtigkeit geben könne, solange dieser Apartheidstaat existiert. Die einzige Lösung ist ein gemeinsamer Staat vom Jordanfluss bis zum Mittelmeer, in dem Palästinenser und Juden friedlich zusammenleben können. Michael verurteilte außerdem die Mitschuld europäischer Regierungen am israelischen Völkermord und die mangelnde Unterstützung der arabischen Regimes für Palästina. Er betonte, das palästinensische Volk brauche Hilfe und Waffen, um zu überleben und sein Heimatland zu verteidigen.

South Korea: 31st Ulsan Emergency Action for Peace in Palestine

On 18^th March, Israel broke off negotiations with Hamas, the Palestinian resistance force, and resumed its merciless bombings on the Gaza Strip with the backing of the United States. This resulted in the loss of hundreds of Palestinian lives and sparked major concerns and protests around the world.

On 22^nd March, an emergency action took place in Ulsan. Full-time activists from the Ulsan Regional Headquarters of the Korean Confederation of Trade Unions, as well as from the Ulsan Branch of the Metal Workers' Union, members from Hyundai Glovis Ulsan Chapter, Hyundai Green Food Ulsan Chapter, irregular workers from Hyundai Motor and dismissed workers from Hyundai subcontractor Isu Corporation, members of the Hyundai Motor Branch, Hyundai Motor Martyrs' Association, Hornet Citizens, Ulsan City branch of the Labor Party, Workers' Revolutionary Party (Preparation Group), and the March to Socialism Ulsan Regional Committee participated in this event. They condemned the mass slaughter by Israel and shouted for the freedom and liberation of Palestine.

Thank you to all the comrades who participated in today's emergency action for the peace, freedom, and liberation of Palestine. Currently, the national focus is placed on the dismissal of President Yoon Suk Yeol, the dismantling of the People Power Party, and the eradication of insurrectionist and far-right forces. The Ulsan emergency action meeting has been postponed until the decision to dismiss President Yoon Suk Yeol.

As long as Israel and the United States continue to bomb and slaughter in Gaza, and as long as their ambitions for dominance and territorial expansion in the Middle East persist, the need for international solidarity for the freedom and liberation of Palestine will also continue to exist.

At 2 PM, there was a peace rally for Palestine, and at 4 PM, the Ulsan Citizens' Coalition held a rally for the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol. Afterwards, a march was conducted from Lotte Department Store to the main gate of Ulsan Grand Park. Three months have passed, yet there has been no decision from the Constitutional Court, prompting strong protests from the people.

Argentina: Massive Mobilization in Support of Retirees

This Wednesday, 19 March, thousands of people demonstrated again in support of the retirees' protest. The previous week, the government unleashed violent repression against the protesters, leading to clashes with barricades in many parts of the capital. The mobilization on the 19th was massive, despite government threats announcing increased repression. This constituted a political defeat for Milei and her Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, as they resigned themselves to putting up barriers, and the security forces remained behind them, leaving the protesters completely free.

Both this mobilization and the previous pot-banging protests and demonstrations mark the beginning of a new situation, with a vanguard willing to exercise self-defense in the face of government repression.

Our party, Convergencia Socialista, the Argentinean section of the CCRI, was present at all the demonstrations, on the front lines alongside this vanguard.

Argentina; masiva movilización en apoyo a los jubilados

Este miércoles 19 de marzo, miles de personas se manifestaron, nuevamente, en apoyo a la protesta de los jubilados. La semana anterior el gobierno desató una violenta represión contra los manifestantes, lo que derivó en enfrentamientos, con barricadas en muchas partes de la capital. La movilización del 19, fue masiva, pese a las amenazas del gobierno que anunció una mayor represión, esto constituyó una derrota política para Milei y su ministra de seguridad, Patricia Bullrich, ya que se resignaron a colocar vallas y las fuerzas de seguridad quedaron detrás de estas, dejando a los manifestantes en absoluta libertad.

Tanto esta movilización como los cacerolazos y manifestaciones anteriores, marcan el inicio de una nueva situación, con una vanguardia dispuesta a ejercer la autodefensa ante la represión del gobierno.

Nuestro partido, Convergencia Socialista, sección argentina de la CCRI, estuvo en todas las manifestaciones, en la primera línea junto a esa vanguardia.

Argentina: Mass Protests and Barricades against the Milei Government

On Wednesday, March 12, a massive mobilization took place in Argentina in support of retired workers. Every Wednesday, they protest in front of the National Congress (parliament) against the cuts to their salaries and medical care.

Javier Milei's government always responds by repressing these protests, but at this latest rally, thousands of soccer team supporters, along with political organizations and leftist parties, including Convergencia Socialista, the Argentinean section of the RCIT, gathered in solidarity with the retirees.

In the face of police repression, protesters resisted, leading to hours of clashes with barricades in several areas of Buenos Aires.

Our party was on the front lines throughout the day, and a retired comrade (a member of Convergencia Socialista) spoke at the main event, calling for self-defense against repression and the coordination of struggles against the government.

Despite hundreds of arrests and serious injuries, the protests continued well into the night, as people continued to join the protest, banging pots and pans just like in 2001.

Argentina: masiva protesta y barricadas contra el gobierno de Milei

El miércoles 12 de marzo, en Argentina, se llevó adelante una masiva movilización en apoyo a los trabajadores jubilados, que todos los miércoles protestan frente al edificio del Congreso de la Nación (el parlamento) por el ajuste que sufren en sus haberes y atención médica.

El gobierno de Javier Milei responde siempre reprimiendo estas protestas, pero en esta última, se auto convocaron en solidaridad con los jubilados, miles de simpatizantes de equipos de fútbol, junto con organizaciones políticas y partidos de izquierda, entre los que estuvo Convergencia socialista, sección argentina de la CCRI.

Ante la represión policial hubo resistencia por parte de los manifestantes, que derivó en horas de enfrentamientos, con barricadas en varias zonas de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Nuestro partido estuvo en la primera línea durante toda la jornada y un camarada jubilado (militante de Convergencia Socialista) habló en el acto central llamando a ejercer la autodefensa contra la represión y a coordinar las luchas contra el gobierno.

La jornada, a pesar de los cientos de detenidos y heridos graves, continuó hasta muy entrada la noche, ya que se seguía sumando gente a la protesta, con cacerolazos como en el 2001.
