In a World of Crisis, Wars and Revolutions, the creation of a new World Party of Socialist Revolution is more urgent than ever!

Comrades, Brothers and Sisters on all continents!

 

The Revolutionary Communist International Tendency (RCIT) sends its May Day greetings to all fighters for the liberation of the working class and oppressed peoples throughout the world. There can be no doubt that we are living in historical times. The course of human history is changing at an accelerating pace. We are living in the midst of this vortex so that, in a very few years, the world will be very different from what it is today. Therefore, our most urgent task and responsibility as revolutionaries are to intervene in these events with a correct program and orientation. Only then will it be possible to create an organization that will unite all the fighting vanguards; one which will make a revolutionary imprint on the struggles of the coming epic.

 

As we have elaborated in greater detail in our World Perspectives 2017 document, the reason for the dramatic developments in world politics today is the rapid acceleration of all the contradictions of global capitalism. The capitalist world economy is characterized by extraordinarily deep contradictions which, in the near future, will manifest themselves in yet another global economic crash even worse than the one of 2008. Only recently, a new study revealed that, in 2016, the global level of debt continued to grow rapidly and now stands at 325% of the world's gross domestic product, which translates to an astounding $215 trillion!

 

In this historic period of capitalist decay, the bourgeoisie, which has reacted for over 40 years to decreasing profits by attacking workers’ wages, which in turn only exacerbates their inability to sufficiently consume capitalist production, has resorted to a vain panacea ‒ unleashing the behemoth of unbridled credit; thus the world’s ever expanding black hole of debt. Furthermore, the resulting weakened tax revenues of capitalist states (only worsened by the tax deductions which the rich have been legislating for themselves for decades) has entirely undermined the funding of what was once called the “welfare state,” meaning that the those who are paying the ever-rising cost of the crisis of casino capitalism are, once again, the workers and oppressed who today receive only a small fraction of the public services and benefits they once thought themselves entitled to. This is the destructive dynamic which has and is continuing to cause the laboring masses on all continents to get poorer, while the rich elite shamelessly accumulate the world’s wealth.

 

On the backdrop of this capitalist decay, we are also witness to growing divisions inside the bourgeoisie of important national states (e.g. in the U.S.) as well as inside regional blocks (UK's Brexit from the EU).

 

Furthermore we see the increasingly rapid acceleration of rivalry between the imperialist Great Powers: the US, EU, Japan, Russia and China. The growing tensions between Russia and the US in Syria, as well as the conflict between the US and China in East Asia – to take only the most recent and most visible examples – are clear testimonies to this exacerbated rivalry. There can be no doubt that military provocations and proxy wars between the Great Powers and, ultimately, a third World War are inevitable if the international working class will not succeed in overthrowing the ruling classes in time.

 

Similarly, we see an acceleration of imperialist aggressions, wars and occupations against the oppressed peoples of the South. The endless carpet bombing of the Syrian and the Iraqi peoples both by Russia as well as the US and their allies (like France, Britain and others) has caused – according to their own accounts – the death of more than 100,000 people in 2014-16. In Afghanistan, the US is continuing its occupation with the puppet regime in Kabul. Likewise, the US is stepping up its attacks in Somalia as are the French – with the help of their European allies – in Mali. Other examples for this reactionary offensive include the Saudi aggression – supported by the Western imperialists – against Yemen and US war mongering against North Korea. And there is, of course, the never ending brutal oppression of the Palestinian people by the apartheid state of Israel, as well as that of the Chechens by Russia, the Uyghurs by China, the Kashmiri by India, the Balochi by the Pakistan and the Kurds by Turkey.

 

Another manifestation of the imperialist oppression is the accelerating racism against migrants in the imperialist metropolises (e.g., Trump’s wall and Muslim ban, Islamophobia in Europe, pogroms against black migrants in South Africa) as well as against ethnic minorities like the blacks in the US, Britain or Brazil, and religious minorities like the Muslims in India.

 

All these phenomena derive from the reactionary offensive cited above of the ruling class against the global working class and oppressed, which is, as we have indicated, driven by capitalism’s rapidly spreading decay. But, if you were just to follow the business analyses of the corporate media, you would never know the source of the global malaise. Instead, this corrupt fourth estate of the bourgeois regimes merrily continues to frame the fatal dysfunction of capitalism as something which will eventually pass, so long as the governments in charge continue to adhere to the austerity programs, vigorously marketed to the public by politicians and media, while the masses are stupefied into inertia by idiotic programming and, on less quiet days, are further distracted by the whipping up of chauvinism, xenophobia and, in particular, Islamophobia. As state budgets for social programs dry up and disappear, money abounds for the expansion of the machinery of the police-surveillance state being prepared and strengthened to eventually put down future explosions sparked by the seething anger and desperation of the masses, whether black, brown, or foreign. The growth of right-wing parties (e.g., Le Pen, Wilders, Strache) is advanced by the same insular fear so perpetrated by the capitalist media. And in its most politically degraded form, this fear is used to justify coup d'états (like in Brazil, Egypt, and Thailand) and put an end to the last pretenses of bourgeois democracy.

 

However, the working class and the oppressed are not rolling over on their backs and placidly accepting these reactionary offensives, but are, in ever larger numbers, beginning to fight back against them. Examples of determined resistance by popular masses are witnessed in the ongoing liberation struggle of the heroic Syrian people against Assad's tyranny; in the Yemeni resistance to the aggression of Saudi Arabia; in the mass protests against the Gasolinazo in Mexico; in the general strikes against the coupist government of Temer in Brazil; in the powerful general strikes in Argentina and French Guyana, the burning of Paraguay's National Congress, the huge mobilizations in Chile and Perú; in the courageous popular women's movement against violence in Latin America; in the struggle of black workers and youth in South Africa; in the popular resistance against the AMISOM occupation troops in Somalia; in the mass protests against corruption in South Korea that brought down the right-wing President Park Geun-hye; in the innumerable strikes of workers in China; in the militant movement of poor women in India; in the Black Lives Matter movement and the anti-Trump movement in the US; in the mass protests in solidarity with Theo in France; and in the demonstrations in defense of refugees in Spain.

 

The liberation wars, strikes and mass demonstrations in numerous countries around the world are a sign that the working class and the oppressed are awakening and ready to fight back against dictatorships and austerity. It is crucial to take these struggles to a higher plane by creating mass action committees in all workplaces and neighborhoods, by the unifying and radicalizing the trade unions and by creating popular militias. Such steps will fulfill the prerequisites for overthrowing the ruling class and creating a workers’ and poor peasants' government.

 

However, currently all these struggles are seriously hampered by the devastating crisis of revolutionary leadership of the working class movement. Currently, the workers and oppressed struggles are controlled by various official leaderships – treacherous labor bureaucrats, leaders of Social Democratic parties, heads of Stalinist parties or Castro-Chavismo parties, their centrist fellow travelers, parties representing petit-bourgeois nationalism, and parties based on Islamism. These current leaderships consciously or unconsciously mislead the workers and oppressed. In major class struggles they often openly support the counterrevolution or take a cowardly neutral position (e.g., on Assad, General al-Sisi, the coup d'état in Brazil, the Euromaidan regime in the Ukraine, the state of emergency in France, the imperialist wars in the Middle East, the ANC regime in South Africa, Russian and Chinese imperialism, etc.).

 

Hence, the most burning task of revolutionaries is to join forces, internationally, in order to advance the struggle to build a new World Party of Socialist Revolution as a clear and unequivocal alternative to reformism, centrism and petty-bourgeois-populism.

 

Revolutionaries should combine fighting for a revolutionary program with making this program concrete as a series of strategies and tactics for the current major class struggles. Only organizations which correctly understand the Marxist program for the present period, and clearly perceive the current world situation and the tasks for the class struggle derived from it, can serve as instruments for the creation of new revolutionary parties and a new World Party of Socialist Revolution.

 

Some, otherwise sympathetic readers, may argue with us that the authentic revolutionary forces are so small that it won't be possible to build a strong world revolutionary party anytime soon. To this we reply that we are fully aware of the weaknesses and difficulties of the path ahead. However, there is no alternative to building such a new party by learning the lessons from past struggles, revolutions and counter-revolutions. We have witnessed enough mass uprisings that were defeated and demoralized because of the lack of an authentic revolutionary party. If we sacrifice the serious struggle for such a vanguard party but only look for quick results, we will continue the terrible chain of defeats of the past years and decades. No, our class has already paid a much too high prize for the lack of a revolutionary party. It is highly urgent to change the course and to build a new world party based on a serious revolutionary foundation. Otherwise, the working class will continue to suffer defeat after defeat for years and years!

 

We therefore want to draw the attention of all serious fighters for the liberation of the working class and the oppressed to our recently published Urgent Call in which we summarized the most important conclusions to advance the unification of authentic revolutionaries:

 

In our opinion, revolutionaries all over the world should immediately start collaborating in laying the foundations for a principled unification, so that we drive forward the process of creating a new World Party with stronger forces. The starting point for the creation of such a party has to be agreement on the most important issues of the global class struggle. The RCIT considers the following issues as such programmatic keystones in the present political phase:

 

a) Recognition of the accelerating rivalry between the imperialist Great Powers – the US, EU, Japan, Russia and China. It is only possible to understand the driving dynamic of the present period of capitalist crisis and to take a correct position if one recognizes the imperialist character not only of the US, EU and Japan but also of the new emerging powers, Russia and China. Only on such a basis is it possible to arrive at the only correct program on this issue – revolutionary defeatism, i.e., the perspective of consistent struggle against all imperialist powers. This means that revolutionaries refuse to lend support to any Great Power in inter-imperialist conflicts under the slogan “The main enemy is at home!”

 

b) Consistent struggle against imperialism. Revolutionaries stand for the defeat of imperialist states in any conflict with forces representing oppressed people and for the military victory of the latter without, at the same time, giving any political support to the non-revolutionary leadership of the oppressed (e.g., petty-bourgeois Islamists, nationalists). This is true both in domestic conflicts (e.g., against an oppressed nation like the Chechen people in Russia) as well as in wars abroad (e.g., Afghanistan, Syria, Mali, Somalia). Likewise, revolutionaries have to fight for Open Borders in the imperialist countries and for full equality for national minorities and for migrants. Furthermore, revolutionaries refuse to lend support to one imperialist camp against another in any given conflict (e.g., Brexit vs. EU; Clinton .vs Trump).

 

c) Continuing support for the Arab Revolution. The mass popular uprisings in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Yemen and other countries have been the most important and progressive class struggle development so far since the beginning of the new historic period in 2008. True, given the lack of a revolutionary leadership, the masses have suffered a number of terrible defeats – like the coup d’état of General al-Sisi in Egypt in July 2013, or the ongoing slaughter of the Syrian people at the hands of Assad and his foreign backers. However, the revolutionary process is continuing, and this is reflected in the ongoing popular resistance in Syria, Yemen, Egypt, etc. Authentic revolutionary forces must give unconditional support to these popular struggles against dictatorships and reactionary forces, without giving any political support to their non-revolutionary leaderships (e.g., petty-bourgeois Islamists).

 

d) Participation in all mass struggles against austerity programs and against reactionary attacks on democratic rights. Revolutionaries oppose all forms of sectarianism which refuses participation in mass struggles under the pretext of their non-revolutionary leaderships. Instead they apply the united front tactic in the struggles of the workers and peasants led by reformist or populist forces against austerity program (e.g., trade unions, mass organizations of the peasants and the urban poor, but also political parties like MORENA in Mexico, SYRIZA in Greece before 2015, PODEMOS in Spain) or against anti-democratic coups and dictatorships (PT, CUT, MST in Brazil; Islamists in Egypt; rebels in Syria). Such an orientation must be combined with a consistent struggle against all forms of popular-frontism and petty-bourgeois populism, and for the breaking of workers and peasants away from these non-revolutionary leaderships and to advance the formation of an independent and revolutionary Workers’ Party.

 

Hence we call upon all organizations which honestly strive towards the creation of a new Revolutionary World Party to join forces on the basis of these programmatic keystones. Concretely, the RCIT proposes that revolutionaries constitute a Joint Contact Committee in order to politically prepare and organize an International Conference which will discuss concrete steps to advance the formation of a Revolutionary World Party. The RCIT is committed to serious discussions and the closest possible collaboration with all forces who share such an outlook.

 

We urge all comrades, brothers and sisters, to study this document and to contact the RCIT so that we can jointly discuss steps towards closer collaboration in our mutual effort to build the most important instrument of the working class in its struggle for liberation: a new World Party of Socialist Revolution! Let us march forward!

Genossinnen und Genossen, Brüder und Schwestern auf allen Kontinenten!

 

Die Revolutionär-Kommunistische Internationale Tendenz (RCIT) schickt ihre Grüße zum 1. Mai an alle Kämpferinnen und Kämpfer für die Befreiung der Arbeiterklasse und der unterdrückten Völker auf der ganzen Welt. Es gibt keinen Zweifel, dass wir in historischen Zeiten leben. Der Verlauf der Menschheitsgeschichte verändert sich in einem beschleunigten Tempo. Wir leben genau zu dieser stürmischen Zeit, in der nach wenigen Jahren die Welt ganz anders sein wird als heute. Deshalb ist es unsere dringendste Aufgabe und Verantwortung als Revolutionäre, mit einem korrekten Programm und einer Orientierung in diese Ereignisse einzugreifen. Nur dann wird es möglich sein, eine Organisation zu schaffen, die die kämpferische Vorhut vereinen kann; eine, die den vor uns liegenden gewaltigen Schlachten einen revolutionären Stempel aufdrücken kann.

 

Wie wir in unserem Dokument der Weltperspektiven 2017 ausführlicher ausgearbeitet haben, ist der Grund für die dramatischen Entwicklungen in der heutigen Weltpolitik die rasche Beschleunigung aller Widersprüche des globalen Kapitalismus. Die kapitalistische Weltwirtschaft zeichnet sich durch außergewöhnlich tiefe Widersprüche aus, die sich in naher Zukunft in einem weiteren globalen Zusammenbruch noch stärker als in dem von 2008 manifestieren werden. Erst vor kurzem zeigte eine neue Studie, dass im Jahr 2016 der globale Schuldenstand weiterhin rasant wuchs und nun bei 325% des weltweiten Bruttoinlandsprodukts steht, die umgerechnet erstaunliche 215 Billionen Dollar sind!

 

In dieser historischen Periode des kapitalistischen Zerfalls hat die Bourgeoisie, die seit über 40 Jahren auf abnehmende Gewinne reagiert hat indem sie die Arbeiterlöhne unter Beschuss nimmt, was wiederum ihre Unfähigkeit, die kapitalistische Produktion hinreichend zu verbrauchen verschärft hat, auf ein nutzloses Allheilmittel zurückgegriffen - mit dem Entfesseln des Ungeheuers unbegrenzter Kredite; also dem weltweit stetig wachsenden schwarzen Loch der Schulden. Darüber hinaus haben die daraus resultierenden geschwächten Steuereinnahmen kapitalistischer Staaten (nur weiter verschärft durch die Steuerabzüge, die die Reichen über Gesetze seit Jahrzehnten für sich selbst erlaubt haben) die Finanzierung des sogenannten "Wohlfahrtsstaates" untergraben. Das bedeutet, dass diejenigen, die die steigenden Kosten der Krise des Kasinokapitalismus bezahlen, wieder einmal die Arbeiter und Unterdrückten sind, die heute nur einen kleinen Bruchteil der öffentlichen Dienstleistungen und Vorteile erhalten, die sie einst für die ihren hielten. Das ist die zerstörerische Dynamik, die dazu führt und dabei immer weiter geht, die arbeitenden Massen auf allen Kontinenten immer ärmer zu machen, während die reiche Elite schamlos den Reichtum der Welt ansammelt.

 

Vor dem Hintergrund dieses kapitalistischen Zerfalls sind wir auch Zeugen von wachsenden Spaltungen in der Bourgeoisie wichtiger Nationalstaaten (z.B. in den USA) sowie in regionalen Blöcken (Britanniens Brexit aus der EU).

 

Darüber hinaus sehen wir die zunehmend rasche Beschleunigung der Rivalität zwischen den imperialistischen Großmächten: den USA, der EU, Japan, Russland und China. Die wachsenden Spannungen zwischen Russland und den USA in Syrien sowie der Konflikt zwischen den USA und China in Ostasien – um nur die jüngsten und sichtbarsten Beispiele zu nennen - sind deutliche Zeugnisse für diese verschärfte Rivalität. Es besteht kein Zweifel daran, dass militärische Provokationen und Stellvertreter-Kriege zwischen den Großmächten und letztlich ein dritter Weltkrieg unvermeidlich sind, wenn es der internationalen Arbeiterklasse nicht gelingt, die herrschenden Klassen rechtzeitig zu stürzen.

 

Genauso sehen wir eine Beschleunigung der imperialistischen Aggressionen, Kriege und Besatzungen gegen die unterdrückten Völker des Südens. Die endlose Teppichbombardierung der syrischen und der irakischen Völker sowohl durch Russland als auch durch die USA und ihre Verbündeten (wie Frankreich, Großbritannien und andere) hat - nach eigenen Angaben - den Tod von mehr als 100.000 Menschen in der Zeit von 2014 bis 2016 verursacht. In Afghanistan setzten die USA ihre Besetzung mit dem Marionettenregime in Kabul fort. Ebenso verstärkt die USA ihre Angriffe in Somalia, wie auch die Franzosen - mit Hilfe ihrer europäischen Verbündeten - in Mali. Weitere Beispiele für diese reaktionäre Offensive sind die saudische Aggression - unterstützt von den westlichen Imperialisten - gegen Jemen und das Kriegstrommeln der USA gegen Nordkorea. Und es gibt natürlich die niemals endende brutale Unterdrückung des palästinensischen Volkes durch den Apartheidstaat Israel sowie die der Tschetschenen durch Russland, der Uiguren durch China, der Kaschmiri durch Indien, der Balutschen durch Pakistan und der Kurden durch die Türkei.

 

Ein weiterer Ausdruck der imperialistischen Unterdrückung ist der zunehmende Rassismus gegen Migranten in den imperialistischen Metropolen (z.B. Trumps Mauer der Muslim ban, Islamophobie in Europa, Pogrome gegen schwarze Migranten in Südafrika) sowie gegen ethnische Minderheiten wie die Schwarzen in den USA, Großbritannien oder Brasilien und religiöse Minderheiten wie die Muslime in Indien.

 

Alle diese Phänomene finden ihren Ursprung aus der reaktionären Offensive der herrschenden Klasse gegen die globale Arbeiterklasse und die Unterdrückten, die, wie wir angesprochen haben, von dem rasch um sich greifenden Zerfall des Kapitalismus angetrieben werden. Würdest du aber nur den Geschäftsanalysen der Unternehmensmedien folgen, so würdest du die Quelle dieses globalen Kräfteschwindens nie kennen. Stattdessen fahren die korrupten Medienkreise der bürgerlichen Regime fröhlich fort, die tödliche Fehlfunktion des Kapitalismus als etwas zu vermitteln, das schlussendlich überstanden werden kann, solange die machthabenden Regierungen sich weiterhin an die Sparprogramme halten, die von Politikern und Medien tatkräftig in der Öffentlichkeit vermarktet werden. Gleichzeitig werden die Massen durch idiotische Belustigungsprogramme träge gemacht und an weniger ruhigen Tagen durch das Aufpeitschen von Chauvinismus, Fremdenfeindlichkeit und insbesondere von Islamophobie weiter abgelenkt. Während die Staatsgelder für soziale Programme zugedreht werden und verschwinden, schießt das Geld für den Ausbau der Maschinerie des Polizeiüberwachungsstaates aus allen Löchern. Damit kann er sich vorbereiten und stärken, um zukünftige Ausbrüche wieder unter Kontrolle zu bekommen, die durch den kochenden Zorn und die Verzweiflung der Massen, ob schwarz, braun oder ausländisch entstehen. Der Zuwachs der rechten Parteien (z.B. Le Pen, Wilders, Strache) wird von der gleichen engstirnigen Angst vorangetrieben, die von den kapitalistischen Medien befeuert wird. Und in seiner politisch niedrigsten Form wird diese Angst dazu verwendet, Staatsstreiche (wie in Brasilien, Ägypten und Thailand) zu rechtfertigen und die letzten Anstriche der bürgerlichen Demokratie ein für alle Mal zu entfernen.

 

Doch die Arbeiterklasse und die Unterdrückten unterwerfen sich nicht einfach und nehmen diese reaktionären Offensiven geduldig hin, sondern beginnen in immer größerer Zahl gegen sie zu kämpfen. Den entschlossenen Widerstand der Volksmassen können wir an verschiedenen Beispielen sehen: an dem anhaltenden Befreiungskampf des heroischen syrischen Volkes gegen Assads Tyrannei; im jemenitischen Widerstand gegen die Aggression von Saudi-Arabien; den Massenprotesten gegen den Gasolinazo in Mexiko; den Generalstreiks gegen die Putschregierung von Temer in Brasilien; den mächtigen Generalstreiks in Argentinien und Französisch-Guyana; der Verbrennung von Paraguays Nationalem Kongress; den riesigen Mobilisierungen in Chile und Perú; den mutigen Volksbewegungen der Frauen gegen Gewalt in Lateinamerika; dem Kampf der schwarzen Arbeiter und Jugendlichen in Südafrika; dem Volkswiderstand gegen die AMISOM-Besatzungstruppen in Somalia; den Massenprotesten gegen Korruption in Südkorea, die die rechte Präsidentin Park Geun-hye brachte; den unzähligen Streiks der Arbeiter in China; der kämpferischen Bewegung der armen Frauen in Indien; an der Black-Lives-Matter-Bewegung und der Anti-Trump-Bewegung in den USA; an den Massenprotesten in Solidarität mit Theo in Frankreich; und an den Demonstrationen zur Verteidigung der Flüchtlinge in Spanien.

 

Die Befreiungskriege, Streiks und Massendemonstrationen in zahlreichen Ländern auf der ganzen Welt sind ein Zeichen dafür, dass die Arbeiterklasse und die Unterdrückten aufwachen und bereit sind, gegen Diktaturen und Einsparungen zu kämpfen. Es ist entscheidend, diese Kämpfe auf eine höhere Ebene zu heben, indem Massenaktionskomitees bei allen Arbeitsplätzen und Vierteln gegründet, indem die Gewerkschaften vereinigt und radikalisiert und Volksmilizen geschaffen werden. Solche Schritte werden die Voraussetzungen erfüllen, um die herrschende Klasse zu stürzen und eine Regierung der Arbeiter und armen Bauern zu schaffen.

 

Allerdings werden derzeit alle diese Kämpfe ernsthaft durch das verheerende Fehlen einer revolutionären Führung der Arbeiterbewegung behindert. Derzeit werden die Kämpfe der Arbeiter und Unterdrückten von verschiedenen offiziellen Führungen kontrolliert - tückische Arbeiterbürokraten, Führer der sozialdemokratischen Parteien, Chefs von stalinistischen Parteien oder Castro-Chavismo-Parteien, ihre zentristische Anhängsel, Parteien, die den kleinbürgerlichen Nationalismus vertreten, und Parteien, die sich auf den Islamismus berufen. Diese gegenwärtigen Führungen haben die Arbeiter bewusst oder unbewusst irregeführt und unterdrückt. In großen Klassenkämpfen unterstützen sie oft die Konterrevolution oder nehmen eine feige neutrale Position ein (z.B. für Assad, General al-Sisi, den Staatsstreich in Brasilien, dem Euromaidan-Regime in der Ukraine, den Ausnahmezustand in Frankreich, den imperialistischen Kriegen im Nahen Osten, das ANC-Regime in Südafrika, den russischen und den chinesischen Imperialismus usw.).

 

Daher ist es die dringendste Aufgabe der Revolutionärinnen und Revolutionäre, sich international zusammenzubringen, um den Kampf um eine neue Weltpartei der Sozialistischen Revolution als eine klare und unmissverständliche Alternative zu Reformismus, Zentrismus und kleinbürgerlichem Populismus zu schaffen.

 

Revolutionäre sollten die Kämpfe für ein revolutionäres Programm damit verbinden, dieses Programm in eine Reihe von Strategien und Taktiken für die aktuellen großen Klassenkämpfe wirklich werden zu lassen. Nur Organisationen, die das marxistische Programm für die gegenwärtige Periode richtig verstehen und die aktuelle Weltlage und die daraus abgeleiteten Aufgaben für den Klassenkampf eindeutig anerkennen, können als Instrumente für die Schaffung neuer revolutionärer Parteien und einer neuen Weltpartei der Sozialistischen Revolution dienen .

 

Einige Leser, die uns ansonsten freundlich eingestellt sind, könnten einwenden, dass die wirklich revolutionären Kräfte so gering sind, dass es nicht möglich sein wird, in naher Zukunft eine starke Weltpartei der Revolution aufzubauen. Ihnen antworten wir, dass wir uns der Schwächen und Schwierigkeiten des vor uns liegenden Wegs völlig bewusst sind. Allerdings kann der Aufbau einer solchen neuen Partei nicht anders ablaufen, als dass man die Lehren aus den vergangenen Kämpfen, Revolutionen und Konterrevolutionen zieht. Wir haben genug Massenaufstände erlebt, die wegen des Fehlens einer wirklich revolutionären Partei besiegt und entmutigt wurden. Wenn wir vor dem ernsthaften Kampf für eine solche Partei der Vorkämpfer zurückschrecken, sondern nur auf schnelle Ergebnisse aus sind, werden wir die schreckliche Reihe an Niederlagen der vergangenen Jahre und Jahrzehnte fortsetzen. Nein, unsere Klasse hat bereits einen viel zu hohen Preis für das Fehlen einer revolutionären Partei bezahlt. Es ist absolut dringend, den Kurs zu wechseln und eine neue Weltpartei aufzubauen, die auf einer ernsthaften revolutionären Grundlage aufbaut. Andernfalls wird die Arbeiterklasse weiterhin Niederlage für Niederlage über Jahre und Jahre erleiden!

 

Wir wollen daher die Aufmerksamkeit aller ernsthaften Kämpfer für die Befreiung der Arbeiterklasse und der Unterdrückten auf unseren kürzlich veröffentlichten Dringenden Aufruf lenken, in dem wir die wichtigsten Schlussfolgerungen zusammenfassen, um die Vereinigung wirklicher Revolutionäre voranzutreiben:

 

Unserer Meinung nach sollten Revolutionärinnen und Revolutionäre auf der ganzen Welt sofort beginnen zusammenzuarbeiten, um die Grundlagen für eine prinzipienfeste Vereinigung zu schaffen, damit wir den Prozess des Aufbaus einer neuen Weltpartei mit stärkeren Kräften vorantreiben. Der Ausgangspunkt für die Schaffung einer solchen Partei liegt in der Einigung bezüglich der wichtigsten Themen des globalen Klassenkampfes. Die RCIT betrachtet die folgenden Themen als solche programmatischen Grundpfeiler in der gegenwärtigen politischen Phase:

 

a) Die Anerkennung der zunehmenden Rivalität zwischen den imperialistischen Großmächten – den USA, der EU, Japan, Russland und China. Es ist nur möglich, die treibende Dynamik der gegenwärtigen kapitalistischen Krise zu verstehen und eine korrekte Position einzunehmen, wenn man nicht nur den imperialistischen Charakter der USA, der EU und Japans, sondern auch der neuen aufstrebenden Mächte Russland und China anerkennt. Nur auf solch einer Grundlage ist es möglich, das einzig richtige Programm zu diesem Thema zu erarbeiten - den revolutionären Defätismus, das heißt die Perspektive eines konsequenten Kampfes gegen alle imperialistischen Mächte. Das bedeutet, dass sich Revolutionäre weigern irgendeine Großmacht in inner-imperialistischen Konflikten unterstützen, nach dem Motto "Der Hauptfeind steht im eigenen Land!".

 

b) Der konsequente Kampf gegen den Imperialismus. Revolutionäre stehen für die Niederlage imperialistischer Staaten in jeglichen Konflikten mit Kräften, die unterdrückte Völker repräsentieren. Sie treten für den militärischen Sieg der letzteren ein, ohne den nicht-revolutionären Führungen der Unterdrückten (z.B. kleinbürgerliche Islamisten, Nationalisten) politische Unterstützung zu gewähren. Dies gilt sowohl für inländische Konflikte (z. B. gegen eine unterdrückte Nation wie das tschetschenische Volk in Russland) als auch für Kriege im Ausland (z. B. Afghanistan, Syrien, Mali, Somalia). Ebenso müssen Revolutionäre in den imperialistischen Ländern für offene Grenzen und für die volle Gleichberechtigung für nationale Minderheiten und für Migranten kämpfen. Darüber hinaus weigern sich Revolutionäre, ein imperialistisches Lager gegen ein anderes in einem gegebenen Konflikt zu unterstützen (z. B. Brexit vs. EU, Clinton vs. Trump).

 

c) Fortsetzung der Unterstützung für die Arabische Revolution. Die Aufstände der Volksmassen in Tunesien, Ägypten, Libyen, Syrien, Jemen und anderen Ländern sind seit dem Beginn der neuen historischen Periode im Jahr 2008 die wichtigste und fortschrittlichste Klassenkampfentwicklung. Es ist wahr: angesichts des Mangels an revolutionärer Führung haben die Massen eine Reihe schrecklicher Niederlagen erlitten – wie der Staatsstreich von General al-Sisi in Ägypten im Juli 2013 oder die fortdauernde Abschlachtung des syrischen Volkes durch Assad und seine ausländischen Hintermänner. Der revolutionäre Prozess setzt sich dennoch fort, und dies spiegelt sich in dem anhaltenden Volkswiderstand in Syrien, Jemen, Ägypten, Marokko, usw. wieder. Wirklich revolutionäre Kräfte müssen diese Massenkämpfe gegen Diktaturen und reaktionäre Kräfte bedingungslos unterstützen, ohne jegliche politische Unterstützung für ihre nicht-revolutionären Führer (z.B. kleinbürgerliche Islamisten).

 

d) Beteiligung an allen Massenkämpfen gegen Sparprogramme und gegen reaktionäre Angriffe auf demokratische Rechte. Revolutionäre widersetzen sich allen Formen des Sektierertums, die die Teilnahme an Massenkämpfen unter dem Vorwand ihrer nicht-revolutionären Führung ablehnen. Stattdessen wenden sie die Einheitsfronttaktik in den Kämpfen der Arbeiter und Bauern an, die von reformistischen oder populistischen Kräften gegen Sparprogramme geführt werden (z.B. Gewerkschaften, Massenorganisationen der Bauern und städtischen Armen, aber auch politische Parteien wie MORENA in Mexiko, SYRIZA in Griechenland bis 2015, PODEMOS in Spanien) oder gegen antidemokratische Putsche und Diktaturen (PT, CUT, MST in Brasilien; Islamisten in Ägypten; Rebellen in Syrien). Eine solche Ausrichtung muss mit einem konsequenten Kampf gegen alle Formen der Volksfrontpolitik und des kleinbürgerlichen Populismus, und für das Wegbrechen der Arbeiter und Bauern von diesen nicht-revolutionären Führungen verbunden werden. Zugleich muss die Bildung einer unabhängigen und revolutionären Arbeiterpartei vorangetrieben werden.

 

Daher rufen wir alle Organisationen auf, die ehrlich um die Schaffung einer neuen Revolutionären Weltpartei bemüht sind, sich auf der Grundlage dieser programmatischen Grundpfeiler zusammenzuschließen. Konkret schlägt die RCIT vor, dass Revolutionäre ein Gemeinsames Kontaktkomitee aller Kräfte gründen, die der grundlegenden Linie mit einer solchen Perspektive einverstanden sind. Die Aufgabe eines solchen Komitees besteht darin, im Jahr 2017 politisch und organisatorisch eine internationale Konferenz vorzubereiten. Ziel einer solchen Konferenz wäre es, konkrete Schritte zur Vorantreibung der Gründung einer Revolutionären Weltpartei zu erörtern. Die RCIT sucht die ernsthafte Debatte und die engst mögliche Zusammenarbeit mit allen Kräften, die diese Einstellung teilen.

 

Wir fordern alle Genossinnen und Genossen, Brüder und Schwestern auf, dieses Dokument zu studieren und mit der RCIT in Verbindung zu treten. Dann können wir anfangen gemeinsam zu besprechen, welche Schritte zur engeren Zusammenarbeit bei unseren gemeinsamen Bemühungen getan werden müssen, um das wichtigste Instrument der Arbeiterklasse in ihrem Kampf für die Befreiung aufzubauen: eine neue Weltpartei der Sozialistischen Revolution! Marschieren wir vorwärts!

Camaradas, hermanos y hermanas de todos los continentes!

 

La Corriente Comunista Revolucionaria Internacional (CCRI) envía saludos este 1º de Mayo a todos los luchadores por la liberación de la clase trabajadora y los oprimidos a través de todo el mundo. No cabe duda que estamos viviendo tiempos históricos. El curso de la historia de la humanidad está cambiando a un paso acelerado. Estamos viviendo en este vórtice para que en muy pocos años el mundo sea muy diferente de lo que es hoy. Por lo tanto, nuestra responsabilidad y tarea más urgente como revolucionarios es intervenir en esos eventos con una orientación y programa correctos. Sólo entonces, será posible crear una organización que una a todas las vanguardias en lucha; una que deje una huella revolucionaria en las luchas de las épocas venideras.

 

Como ya hemos elaborado en más detalle en nuestro documento Perspectivas Mundiales 2017, la razón para el desarrollo dramático de la política mundial actual es la rápida aceleración de las contradicciones del capitalismo global. La economía mundial capitalista se caracteriza por la profundización extraordinaria de las contradicciones las cuales en un futuro cercano se manifestará en otro quiebre económico aún peor que en el 2008. Tan solo recientemente, un nuevo estudio reveló que, en 2016, el nivel global de la deuda continuó creciendo rápidamente y ahora permanece en 325% del PIB mundial, la cual se traduce en una astronómica cantidad de 215 billones de dólares!

 

En este periodo histórico de capitalismo decadente, la burguesía, quien ha reaccionado por 40 años a los decrecientes beneficios atacando el salario de los trabajadores, lo cual, en consecuencia solo exacerba su incapacidad de consumo de los productos capitalistas, ha resultado en una vana panacea - desatando el monstruo del crédito desenfrenado; por lo tanto, el agujero negro de la deuda mundial es cada vez mayor. Además, el consiguiente debilitamiento de los ingresos fiscales de los estados capitalistas (sólo empeorados por las deducciones fiscales que los ricos han estado legislando por décadas) ha socavado completamente el financiamiento de lo que alguna vez se llamó el "estado de bienestar", lo que significa que están pagando el siempre creciente costo de la crisis del casino capitalista son, una vez más, los trabajadores y oprimidos que hoy en día sólo reciben una pequeña fracción de los servicios públicos y los beneficios que alguna vez pensaron que tenían derecho. Esta es la dinámica destructiva que tiene y sigue haciendo que las masas trabajadoras en todos los continentes se vuelvan más pobres, mientras que la rica élite acumula desvergonzadamente la riqueza del mundo.

 

En el trasfondo de esta decadencia capitalista, también somos testigos del crecimiento de las divisiones dentro de la burguesía de estados nacionales importantes (por ejemplo, en los EEUU) así como dentro de los bloques (el Brexit del Reino Unido con respecto a la Unión Europea).

 

Además vemos el crecimiento acelerado de la rivalidad entre las Grandes Potencias Imperialistas: la UE, EEUU, Japón, Rusia y China. Las tensiones en aumento entre Rusia y EEUU en Siria, así como el conflicto entre los EEUU y China en el este de Asia –tomando solo los ejemplos recientes más visibles- son claros testimonios de esta exacerbada rivalidad. No puede haber duda que las provocaciones militares y las guerras cercanas entre las Grandes Potencias y, últimamente, una Tercera Guerra Mundial es inevitable si la clase obrera mundial no tiene éxito en superar a la clase dominante a tiempo.

 

De manera similar, vemos la aceleración de las agresiones imperialistas, guerras y ocupaciones contra la gente oprimida del Sur. El bombardeo interminable del territorio de los pueblos sirio e iraquí, tanto por Rusia como por Estados Unidos y sus aliados (como Francia, Gran Bretaña y otros) han causado –de acuerdo con sus propios datos- la muerte de más de 100,000 personas en 2014-16. En Afganistan, los EEUU continúan su ocupación con el régimen dócil en Kabul. Asimismo, Estados Unidos está intensificando sus ataques en Somalia al igual que los franceses –con ayuda de sus aliados europeos- in Mali. Otros ejemplos de esta ofensiva reaccionaria incluyen la agresión saudita –apoyada por los imperialistas occidentales- contra Yemen y la guerra de EEUU contra Korea del Norte. Y hay, por supuesto, la opresión brutal que nunca termina de los palestinos por el estado separatista de Israel, como también, aquellos chechenios en Rusia, los Uyghurs por China, los cachemiros por la India, los Balochi por los pakiestaníes y los kurdos por Turquía.

 

Otra manifestación de la opresión imperialista es el acelerado racismo contra migrantes en las metrópolis imperialistas (ej. el muro de Trump y la prohibición musulmana, la islamofobia en Europa, pogromos contra los migrantes negros en Sudáfrica) y contra minorías étnicas como los negros en Estados Unidos, Gran Bretaña o Brasil, y minorías religiosas como los musulmanes de la India.

 

Todos estos fenómenos derivan de la ofensiva reaccionaria citada anteriormente de la clase dominante contra la clase obrera global y los oprimidos, que es, como hemos dicho, impulsado por la rápida desintegración del capitalismo. Sin embargo, si han seguido los análisis de negocios de las corporaciones mediáticas, usted nunca sabrá la fuente del malestar global. En cambio, este corrupto cuarto estado de los regímenes burgueses continúa alegremente enmarcando la disfunción fatal del capitalismo como algo que eventualmente pasará, siempre y cuando los gobiernos a cargo sigan cumpliendo con los programas de austeridad, vigorosamente comercializados al público por los políticos y los medios de comunicación; mientras que, las masas sigan estupefactas en la inercia por la programación idiota y, en menos días, quedan más distraídos por el alza del chovinismo, la xenofobia y, en particular, la islamofobia. A medida que los presupuestos estatales para los programas sociales se secan y desaparecen, abunda el dinero para la expansión de la maquinaria del estado de vigilancia policial que se está preparando y reforzando para acabar con las futuras explosiones provocadas por la furiosa ira y la desesperación de las masas, sean negras, cafés o extranjeras. El crecimiento de patidos de derecha (ej. Le Pen, Wilders, Strache) está avanzando por el mismo miedo insular que está avanzando por los medios capitalistas. Y en su forma más degradada políticamente, este temor se utiliza para justificar los golpes de Estado (como en Brasil, Egipto y Tailandia) y poner fin a los últimos pretextos de la democracia burguesa.

 

Sin embargo, la clase trabajadora y los oprimidos no se lanzan sobre sus espaldas y aceptan plácidamente estas ofensivas reaccionarias, por el contrario, cada vez son más numerosas las que comienzan a luchar contra ellas. Ejemplos de la determinante resistencia por las masas populares son testigos de la lucha de liberación en curso las masas heroicas sirias contra la tiranía de Assad, la resistencia yemení a la agresión de Arabia Saudita, las protestas masivas contra el Gasolinazo en México, en las huelgas generales contra el gobierno golpista de Temer en Brasil, la poderosas huelgas generales en Argentina y la Guyana Francesa, el incendio del Congreso Nacional de Paraguay, las grandes movilizaciones en Chile y Perú, el coraje del movimiento popular de mujeres  contra la violencia en Latinoamérica, la lucha de los trabajadores negros y jóvenes en Sudáfrica, la resistencia popular contra las tropas de ocupación de AMISOM en Somalia, las masivas protestas contra la corrupción en Korea del Sur que llevaron a la caída de la presidenta Park Geun-hye, en las innumerables  huelgas de los trabajadores en China, en el movimiento militante en EEUU, las protestas masivas en solidaridad con Theo en Francia y las marchas en defensa de los refugiados en España.

 

Las guerras de liberación, huelgas y movilizaciones masivas en numerosos países alrededor del mundo son señales que la clase trabajadora y los oprimidos están despertando y listos para pelear contra las dictaduras y la austeridad. Es crucial llevar estas luchas a un plano más elevado creando comités de acción de masas en todos los lugares de trabajo y barrios, unificando y radicalizando los sindicatos y creando milicias populares. Tales pasos cumplirán los requisitos previos para derrocar a la clase dominante y crear un gobierno de campesinos obreros y campesinos pobres.

 

Sin embargo, actualmente todas estas luchas están seriamente obstaculizadas por la devastadora crisis del liderazgo revolucionario del movimiento obrero. Actualmente, las luchas de los trabajadores y oprimidos están siendo controladas por varios líderes oficiales -burócratas traicioneros, dirigentes de partidos socialdemócratas, jefes de partidos estalinistas o partidos de Castro-Chavismo, sus compañeros de viaje centristas, partidos que representan el nacionalismo pequeñoburgués y partidos basados en el islamismo. Estos actuales líderes consciente o inconscientemente, engañan a los trabajadores y oprimidos. En la mayoría de la lucha de clases ellos seguido le abren apoyo a la contra revolución o toman una cobarde posición neutral (ejem. En Assad, el General al Sisi, el golpe de estado en Brasil, el régimen del Euromaidan en Ucrania, el estado de emergencia en Francia, las guerras imperialistas en Medio Oriente, el régimen de ANC en Sudáfrica, el imperialismo ruso o chino, etc.).

 

Por lo tanto, la tarea más ardiente de los revolucionarios es unir fuerzas a nivel internacional para avanzar en la lucha por construir un nuevo Partido Mundial de la Revolución Socialista como una alternativa clara e inequívoca al reformismo, al centrismo y al populismo pequeñoburgués.

 

Los revolucionarios deben combinar la lucha por un programa revolucionario con la concreción de este programa como una serie de estrategias y tácticas para las actuales luchas de clase. Sólo las organizaciones que comprenden correctamente el programa marxista contemporáneo y perciben claramente la situación mundial actual y las tareas de la lucha de clases derivadas de ella pueden servir de instrumentos para la creación de nuevos partidos revolucionarios y un nuevo Partido Mundial de la Revolución Socialista.

 

Algunos, de otra manera lectores simpáticos, pueden argumentar con nosotros que las fuerzas revolucionarias auténticas son tan pequeñas que no será posible construir un partido revolucionario mundial fuerte en el corto plazo. A esto respondemos que somos plenamente conscientes de las debilidades y dificultades del camino por recorrer. Sin embargo, no hay alternativa a la construcción de un nuevo partido, aprendiendo las lecciones de las luchas del pasado, las revoluciones y las contrarrevoluciones. Hemos presenciado suficientes levantamientos de masas que fueron derrotados y desmoralizados por la falta de un auténtico partido revolucionario. Si reivindicamos la seria lucha por un partido de vanguardia, pero sólo buscamos resultados rápidos, continuaremos la terrible cadena de derrotas de los últimos años y décadas. No, nuestra clase ya ha pagado un precio demasiado alto por la falta de un partido revolucionario. Es muy urgente cambiar el rumbo y construir un nuevo partido mundial basado en una fundación revolucionaria seria. De lo contrario, la clase trabajadora seguirá sufriendo derrota después de la derrota durante años y años!

 

Por lo tanto, queremos llamar la atención de todos los combatientes serios de la liberación de la clase obrera y de los oprimidos hacia nuestro reciente publicado Llamado Urgente en el cual resumimos las conclusiones más importantes para avanzar en la unificación de auténticos revolucionarios:

 

“En nuestra opinión, los revolucionarios de todo el mundo deben comenzar inmediatamente a colaborar para sentar las bases de una unificación basada en principios, de modo que impulsemos el proceso de crear un nuevo Partido Mundial con fuerzas más fuertes. El punto de partida para la creación de tal partido tiene que ser un acuerdo sobre las cuestiones más importantes de la lucha de clases global. La CCRI considera los siguientes temas como claves programáticas en la actual fase política:

 

a) Reconocimiento de la aceleración de la rivalidad entre las grandes potencias imperialistas - EEUU, UE, Japón, Rusia y China. Sólo es posible comprender la dinámica de conducción del actual período de crisis capitalista y tomar una posición correcta si se reconoce el carácter imperialista no sólo de los EE.UU., la UE y el Japón, sino también de las nuevas potencias emergentes, Rusia y China. Sólo sobre esta base es posible llegar al único programa correcto sobre este tema: el derrotismo revolucionario, es decir, la perspectiva de una lucha constante contra todas las potencias imperialistas. Esto significa que los revolucionarios se niegan a prestar apoyo a cualquier gran potencia en los conflictos inter-imperialistas bajo el lema "El enemigo principal está en casa!"

 

b) Lucha constante contra el imperialismo. Los revolucionarios representan la derrota de los estados imperialistas en cualquier conflicto con las fuerzas que representan a los pueblos oprimidos y para la victoria militar de éstos sin dar ningún apoyo político a la dirección no revolucionaria de los oprimidos (por ejemplo, los pequeños burgueses Islamistas, nacionalistas). Esto es cierto tanto en los conflictos internos (por ejemplo, en contra de una nación oprimida como el pueblo checheno en Rusia) como en las guerras en el exterior (por ejemplo, Afganistán, Siria, Malí y Somalia). Del mismo modo, los revolucionarios tienen que luchar por las fronteras abiertas en los países imperialistas y por la plena igualdad de las minorías nacionales y de los migrantes. Además, los revolucionarios se niegan a prestar apoyo a un campo imperialista contra otro en cualquier conflicto dado (por ejemplo, Brexit vs. EU, Clinton vs Trump).

 

c) Apoyo continuo a la Revolución Árabe. Los levantamientos populares de masas en Túnez, Egipto, Libia, Siria, Yemen y otros países han sido el desarrollo más importante y progresivo de la lucha de clases hasta el momento desde el comienzo del nuevo período histórico en 2008. Es cierto que, dada la falta de liderazgo revolucionario, las masas han sufrido una serie de derrotas terribles -como el golpe de estado del general al-Sisi en Egipto en julio de 2013 o la continua matanza del pueblo sirio en manos de Assad y sus partidarios extranjeros. Sin embargo, el proceso revolucionario continúa y esto se refleja en la actual resistencia popular en Siria, Yemen, Egipto, etc. Las fuerzas revolucionarias auténticas deben dar apoyo incondicional a estas luchas populares contra las dictaduras y las fuerzas reaccionarias, sin dar ningún apoyo político a sus intereses. Liderazgos no revolucionarios (por ejemplo, los islamistas pequeñoburgueses).

 

d) Participación en todas las luchas de masas contra los programas de austeridad y contra los ataques reaccionarios a los derechos democráticos. Los revolucionarios se oponen a todas las formas de sectarismo que rechazan la participación en las luchas de masas bajo el pretexto de sus liderazgos no revolucionarios. En cambio, aplican la táctica del frente único en las luchas de los obreros y campesinos dirigidos por las fuerzas reformistas o populistas contra el programa de austeridad (por ejemplo, sindicatos, organizaciones de masas de los campesinos y los pobres urbanos, pero también partidos políticos como MORENA en México, SYRIZA en Grecia antes de 2015, PODEMOS en España) o contra golpes y dictaduras antidemocráticas (PT, CUT, MST en Brasil, islamistas en Egipto, rebeldes en Siria). Concretamente, la CCRI propone que los revolucionarios constituyan un Comité de Contacto Conjunto para preparar y organizar políticamente una Conferencia Internacional que discutirá medidas concretas para avanzar en la formación de un Partido Revolucionario Mundial. Camarades, frères et sœurs sur tous les continents!

 

La Courant Communiste Révolutionnaire Internationale (CCRI) envoie ses salutations de Premier Mai à tous les combattants pour la libération de la classe ouvrière et des personnes opprimées à travers le monde. Il ne fait aucun doute que nous vivons dans les temps historiques. L'histoire change et elle change à chaque instant. D'ici à quelques années, le monde sera tout à fait différent de ce qu'il est maintenant. Notre tâche et notre responsabilité est d'intervenir dans ces événements avec un programme et une orientation corrects. C'est seulement alors qu'il sera possible de créer une organisation qui unit l'avant-garde de combat pour lui permettre de marquer une révolution sur les luttes épiques à venir.

 

Comme nous l'avons expliqué plus en détail dans notre document World Perspectives 2017, la raison de l'évolution dramatique de la politique mondiale est que toutes les contradictions du capitalisme mondial s'accélèrent à une vitesse considérable. L'économie mondiale capitaliste est marquée par d'extraordinaires contradictions profondes qui se manifesteront dans un autre, pire encore que l'année 2008. Juste récemment, une nouvelle étude a révélé que la dette mondiale a de nouveau augmenté rapidement à 325% du Produit Intérieur Brut mondial em 2016, totalisant 215 billions de dollars. Dans cette période historique de décadence capitaliste, la bourgeoisie essaie de décharger les coûts de la crise sur les épaules de la classe ouvrière et des opprimés. C'est pourquoi les masses ouvrières sur tous les continents sont de plus en plus pauvres alors que l'élite riche élève sans vergogne ses richesses.

 

Dans le contexte de la décadence capitaliste, nous voyons une accélération rapide de la rivalité entre les grandes puissances impérialistes comme les les États-Unis, UE, Japon, Russie et Chine. Les tensions croissantes entre la Russie et les États-Unis en Syrie ainsi que le conflit entre les États-Unis et la Chine en Asie de l'Est - pour ne prendre que les exemples les plus récents et les plus visibles - témoignent clairement de cela. Il ne fait aucun doute que les provocations militaires et les guerres encouragées par les Grandes Puissances et, finalement, une Troisième Guerre Mondiale sont inévitables si la classe ouvrière internationale ne renverse pas les classes dirigeantes à temps.

 

De même, nous voyons une accélération des agressions impérialistes, des guerres et des occupations contre les peuples opprimés du Sud. Le massif bombardement contre les peuples syrien et irakien, tant par la Russie, que par les États-Unis et leurs alliés (comme la France, la Grande-Bretagne et d'autres) a causé - selon leurs propres comptes - la mort de plus de 100.000 personnes. En Afghanistan, les États-Unis poursuivent leur occupation avec son régime fantoche à Kaboul. De même, les États-Unis intensifient leurs attaques en Somalie ,comme le font les Français - avec l'aide de leurs alliés européens - au Mali. D'autres exemples pour cette offensive réactionnaire sont l'agression saoudienne - soutenue par les impérialistes occidentaux - contre le Yémen ,ou la guerre des États-Unis contre la Corée du Nord. Et il y a, bien sûr, l'oppression brutale sans fin du peuple palestinien par l'Etat d'apartheid israélien, ainsi que les Tchétchènes par la Russie, les Uyghurs par la Chine, le Kashmiri par l'Indien, les Balochi par les Pakistanais et les Kurdes par L'Etat turc.

 

Une autre forme de l'oppression impérialiste est le racisme accéléré contre les migrants dans les métropoles impérialistes (par exemple, le mur de Trumps et l'interdiction musulmane, l'islamophobie en Europe, les pogroms contre les migrants noirs en Afrique du Sud) et les minorités ethniques comme les minorités noires aux États-Unis, La Grande-Bretagne ou le Brésil, ou des minorités religieuses comme les musulmans en Inde.

 

Tous ces développements constituent le fond de l'offensive réactionnaire de la classe dirigeante contre la classe ouvrière mondiale et les opprimés. Il en résulte des programmes massifs d'austérité, la augmentation du chauvinisme et de l'islamophobie, l'expansion de l'état de la policier (par exemple, l'état d'urgence en France), l'interdiction musulmane de Trump et son projet de construire un mur à la frontière mexicaine, l’augmentation de partis des droite (p. Ex. Le Pen, Wilders, Strache) et les coup d'État (p. Ex. Le Brésil, l'Egypte, la Thaïlande).

 

Cependant, la classe ouvrière et les opprimés ne tolèrent pas cette offensive réactionnaire, mais se battent contre elle. Comme bons exemples de la résistance déterminée des masses populaires, nous nous référons à la continue lutte héroïque de libération du peuple syrien contre la tyrannie d'Assad, la résistance yéménite contre l'agression saoudienne, les manifestations de masse contre Gasolinazo au Mexique, des protestations massives contre le putchiste gouvernemenmt de Michel Temer au Brésil, le courageux mouvement féminin populaire contre la violence en Amérique latine, les luttes des travailleurs noirs et des jeunes en Afrique du Sud, la résistance populaire en Somalie contre les troupes d'occupation de l'AMISOM, les manifestations de masse en Corée du Sud qui ont abattu le président de droite Park Geun-hye, des nombreuses manifestations d’ouvrières en Chine, le mouvement militant des femmes pauvres en Inde, le mouvement Black Lives Matter ainsi que les mouvements anti-Trump aux États-Unis, des manifestations de masse en solidarité avec Theo en France ou les manifestations de défense des réfugiés en Espagne.

 

Mais toutes ces luttes sont sérieusement entravées par la crise dévastatrice de la direction révolutionnaire du mouvement ouvrier. Les luttes actuelles des travailleurs et opprimées sont contrôlées par plusieurs dirigeants officiels - traîtres bureaucrates ouvriers, dirigeants des partis social-démocrates, chefs de partis staliniens, le castro-chavismo, leurs suiveurs centristes, partis représentant le nationalisme petit-bourgeois, et partis basés sur l'islamisme . Ces dirigeants actuels, consciemment ou inconsciemment, trompent les ouvriers et les opprimés. Dans les luttes de classes majeures, ils soutiennent souvent la contre-révolution ouverte ou prennent une position lâche et neutre (par exemple sur Assad, le général Sisi, le coup d'État au Brésil, le régime euromaïdain en Ukraine, l'état d'urgence en France, les guerres impérialistes en Le Moyen-Orient, le régime CNA en Afrique du Sud, l'impérialisme russe et chinois, etc.).

 

Par conséquent, la tâche la plus brûlante des révolutionnaires consiste à réunir des forces pour faire avancer la lutte pour construire un nouveau Parti mondial de la Révolution Socialiste comme une Claire alternative et sans équivoque au réformisme, au centrisme et au populisme petit-bourgeois.

 

Les révolutionnaires doivent combiner la lutte pour un programme révolutionnaire avec la concrétisation de ce programme à une série de stratégies et de tactiques pour les majeures luttes de classe actuelles. Seules les organisations qui ont une bonne compréhension du programme marxiste dans la période actuelle ainsi que de la situation mondiale actuelle et les tâches correspondantes pour la lutte des classes peuvent servir d'instruments pour la création de nouveaux partis révolutionnaires et un nouveau Parti Mondial de la Révolution Socialiste.

 

Certains diront avec nous que les forces révolutionnaires authentiques sont si petites qu’il sera impossible de construire si tôt un monde fort Parti révolutionnaire. A ce sujet, nous répondons que nous sommes pleinement conscients des faiblesses et des difficultés du chemin à parcourir. Cependant, il n'y a pas d'alternative pour construire un tel nouveau parti en apprenant les leçons des luttes passées, des révolutions et des contre-révolutions. Nous avons vu suffisamment de soulèvements de masse vaincus et démoralisés en raison de l'absence d'un parti révolutionnaire authentique. Si nous nous sacrifions à la sérieuse lutte pour un parti d'avant-garde, mais ne cherchons que des résultats rapides, nous continuerons la terrible chaîne de défaites des dernières années et des décennies. Non, notre classe a déjà payé un prix trop élevé pour l'absence d'un parti révolutionnaire. Il est très urgent de changer ce cours et de construire un nouveau parti mondial basé sur une base révolutionnaire sérieuse. Sinon, la classe ouvrière continuera à souffrir la défaite après la défaite pendant des années et des années!

 

Nous voulons donc attirer l'attention de tous les combattants sérieux pour la libération de la classe ouvrière et les opprimés à notre Appel Urgent récemment publié dans lequel nous avons résumé les conclusions les plus importantes pour faire avancer l'unification des révolutionnaires authentiques:

 

À notre avis, les révolutionnaires du monde entier devraient tout de suite commencer à collaborer pour jeter les bases d'une unification de principe, afin que nous puissions poursuivre le processus de création d'un nouveau Parti mondial avec des forces plus fortes. Le point de départ de la création d'un tel parti doit être un accord sur les questions les plus importantes de la lutte des classes mondiales. La CCRI considère les questions suivantes en tant que telles sont questions clés programmatiques dans la phase politique actuelle:

 

a) Reconnaissance d’accélération de la rivalité entre les Grandes Puissances impérialistes, États-Unis, UE, Japon, Russie et Chine. Il est seulement possible de comprendre la dynamique de la période de crise capitaliste actuelle et de prendre une position correcte si reconnaître le caractère impérialiste non seulement des États-Unis, UE et le Japon, mais aussi des nouvelles puissances émergentes, la Russie et la Chine. Uniquement à partir de cette base, il est possible de rejoindre le programme correct dans cette affaire-le défaitisme révolutionnaire, c’est-à-dire, la perspective d’une lutte cohérente contre toutes les puissances impérialistes. Cela signifie que les révolutionnaires devraient refuser de soutenir quelque Grande Puissance dans les conflits inter-imperialistas, pour defendre le slogan “L’ennemi principal est dans la maison!”

 

b) Lutte cohérente contre l’impérialisme. Les révolutionnaires défendent pour la défaite d’États l’impérialistes dans tout conflit avec les forces représentant les personnes opprimées, et la victoire militaire de ce dernier, et en même temps, ne donner pas de tout soutien politique aux dirigeants non-révolutionnaires des opprimés (par exemple, les islamistes petits-bourgeois, les nationalistes ). Cela vaut aussi bien dans des conflits internes (par exemple, de la Russie contre une nation opprimée comme le peuple tchétchène), ainsi que dans les guerres à l’étranger (par exemple, Afghanistan, Syrie, Mali, Somalie). De même, les révolutionnaires doivent se battre pour l’ouverture des frontières des pays impérialistes et pour une pleine égalité pour les minorités nationales et les migrants. En outre, les révolutionnaires refusent de prêter un soutien à un camp impérialiste contre une autre dans un conflit (c’est-à-dire, Brexit vs EU;Clinton vs Trump).

 

c) Le soutien continuant pour la Révolution Arabe. Les soulèvements de masses populaires en Tunisie, en Égypte, la Libye, la Syrie, le Yémen et d'autres pays ont été le développement le plus important et progressif de la lutte des classes jusqu'à présent depuis le début de la nouvelle période historique en 2008. En effet, compte tenu de l'absence d'une direction révolutionnaire, les masses ont souffert une série de défaites terribles - comme le coup d'État du général al-Sisi en Égypte, en Juillet 2013, ou le massacre continue du peuple syrien aux mains d'Assad et ses partisans étrangers. Cependant, le processus révolutionnaire continu, et cela se reflète dans la résistance populaire en cours en Syrie, en Égypte, au Yémen, au Maroc, etc. Authentiques révoltionnaires Forces doivent apporter un soutien inconditionnel à ces luttes populaires contre les dictatures et contre les forces réactionnaires sans ne donner aucun soutien politique à ses dirigeants non révolutionnaires (par exemple, islamistes petit-bourgeois).

 

d) Participation à toutes les luttes de masse contre les programmes d'austérité et les attaques réactionnaires contre les droits démocratiques. Les révolutionnaires sont contre toute forme de sectarisme, comme, par exemple, le refus de participer à des luttes de masse sous le prétexte d'entre eux existe leaders non-révolutionnaires. Par conséquent, nous appelons toutes les organisations qui s'efforcent honnêtement de créer un nouveau Parti mondial révolutionnaire pour unir leurs forces sur la base de questions clés programmatiques. Concrètement, la CCRI propose que les révolutionnaires constituent un comité mixte de contact afin de préparer et organiser une Conférence Internationale qui discutera des étapes concrètes pour faire avancer la formation d'un Parti Révolutionnaire Mondial. La CCRI s'engage à des sérieuses discussions et à la collaboration la plus étroite possible avec toutes les forces qui partagent une telle perspective.

 

Nous exhortons tous les camarades, les frères et sœurs à étudier ce document et à contacter la CCRI afin que nous puissions discuter conjointement des étapes vers une collaboration plus étroite dans notre effort mutuel pour construire l'instrument le plus important de la classe ouvrière dans sa lutte pour la libération: un Nouveau Parti Mondial de la Révolution Socialiste! Avançons!

ארגון ה-RCIT - הזרם הקומוניסטי המהפכני העולמי - שולח ברכות חמות לרגל האחד במאי לכל הלוחמות והלוחמים למען שחרור מעמד הפועלים והמדוכאים בכל רחבי העולם. אין ספק כי עוברת עלינו תקופה היסטורית. מסלול ההיסטוריה האנושית משתנה בקצב הולך וגובר. אנו מצויים בעין הסערה כשאנו יודעים כי בעוד מספר שנים לא רב העולם יהיה שונה מאוד מכפי שהוא היום. משום כך, הדבר הדחוף ביותר שחובתנו כמהפכניות ומהפכנים לעשותו הוא לקחת חלק בתהליכי שינוי פני ההיסטוריה עם חזון ופעולה נכונים. רק כך ניתן יהיה להקים ארגון שיאחד את כל העומדות והעומדים בחזית המאבק; איחוד כזה יטביע את חותמו על המאבקים העתידים להתרחש בתקופה הקרובה.

 

את הסיבות שעומדות מאחורי ההתפתחויות הדרמטיות בפוליטיקה העולמית כיום פירטנו במסמך "נקודת מבט עולמית לשנת 2017". בראשן, התרחבות הפערים והסתירות המובנות בקפיטליזם הגלובלי, התפתחות שתוביל למשבר עולמי נוסף חמור אף יותר מזה של 2008. רק לאחרונה, מחקר חדש חשף כי בשנת 2016 החוב העולמי המשיך לגדול בקצב מסחרר והוא עומד כעת על שיעור של 325% מהתל"ג העולמי. במונחים של כסף מדובר בסכום הבלתי נתפס - 215 טריליון דולר!

על רקע זה אנו צופים כיצד הבורגנות הלאומית והגושים האזוריים הולכים ומתפרקים - בארצות הברית, בבריטניה ובאיחוד האירופי. היריבות בין הגושים האימפריאליסטיים - ארצות הברית, האיחוד האירופי, יפן רוסיה וסין - הולכת ומחריפה. הדבר עולה בבירור על רקע המתיחות הגוברת בין ארצות הברית לרוסיה בסוגיית סוריה ומאבקי השליטה בין ארצות הברית לסין במזרח אסיה (אם להשתמש בדוגמאות הבולטות והעכשוויות ביותר). הפרובוקציות הצבאיות ומלחמות צד ג' בין המעצמות הגדולות מובילות צעד אחד צעד למלחמת עולם שלישית. אלא אם כן - מעמד הפועלים יצליח לסלק את המעמדות השליטים בזמן.

 

בינתיים, המעצמות הופכות תוקפניות יותר כלפי העמים המדוכאים של הדרום הגלובלי באמצעות מלחמות וכיבושים. הפצצות שטיח בלתי פוסקות הן מצד רוסיה והן מצד ארצות הברית (ובעלות בריתה - בריטניה, צרפת וכו') כנגד בני העם הסורי והעיראקי הביאו למותם של יותר מ-100 אלף בני אדם בשנים 2016-2014 על פי הדוחות של המעצמות עצמן! הכיבוש האמריקאי של אפגניסטן ממשיך בשיתוף פעולה מצד ממשלת הבובות של קבול. ארצות הברית מסלימה את מתקפותיה בסומליה וצרפת (בעזרת בעלי בריתה) עושה זאת במאלי. התוקפנות הסעודית כנגד תימן, חרחורי המלחמה של ארצות הברית כנגד צפון קוריאה הן דוגמאות נוספות לקרב הריאקציוני שנועד לשבור את רוחם של מהפכנים דמוקרטים וסוציאליסטים החיים בדרום הגלובלי. כמובן שאין לשכוח את הדיכוי הברוטלי שאין רואים את סופו כנגד העם הפלסטיני בידי מדינת האפרטהייד הישראלית, כנגד הצ'צ'נים מצד רוסיה, כנגד בני האויגור בידי סין, כנגד בני קשמיר מצד הודו, הבאלוצ'ים בפקיסטן והכורדים בתורכיה.

 

ואם מעשי טבח ומלחמות כנגד עמי הדרום הגלובלי אינם נוראיים דיים, נאלצים פליטי החרב והמהגרים הנסים ממדינות אלה לעמוד מול גזענות הולכת ומחריפה כנגדם במדינות המערב ודרום אפריקה (החומה של טראמפ, רדיפת המוסלמים, גילויי האסלאמופוביה באירופה, פוגרומים כנגד מהגרים בדרום אפריקה). וכמובן שאין לשכוח את החרפתו של הדיכוי עתיק היומין כנגד השחורים בארצות הברית, בריטניה או ברזיל ומיעוטים דתיים דוגמת המוסלמים בהודו.

 

כל התופעות הללו הן עדות לכישלון המהדהד של הקפיטליזם והמשברים המחזוריים שהוא מייצר. מי שעוקב רק אחרי העיתונות הכלכלית המשרתת את התאגידים לעולם לא יקבל תשובה לשאלה מהי הסיבה לגל הדכדוך הכלכלי והאלימות הכיתתית? התקשורת הבורגנית מבטיחה לנו כי הפגמים המובנים בשיטה המתעללת הזאת הם רק משבר חולף. כל מה שהממשלות צריכות לעשות הוא לשווק באגרסיביות תכניות צנע, בסיוע התקשורת, תוך ניסיון לטמטם את הציבור דרך המרקעים ובימי סוערים יותר - זורים פילוג באמצעות הפצת שנאה לאומנית, שנאת זרים והסתה כנגד השד התורן - האסלאם.

 

בזמן שהתקציבים החברתיים הולכים ומתייבשים עד שהם נעלמים לחלוטין, כסף רב מושקע במנגנוני הדיכוי המעמדי - איבזור המשטרה באמצעי לחימה קטלניים, אמצעי ריגול ופיקוח בסגנון "האח-הגדול" - כל אויבי המעמד מתאמנים ומתכוננים ליום שבו הייאוש יהפוך לזעם וההמונים יצאו לרחובות - בין אם הם שחורים, חומים או מהגרים. מפלגות הימין הקיצוני (לה-פן, וילדרס, שטראכה) חייבות את צמיחתן לאותם הפחדים המוחדרים בעקשנות על ידי התקשורת הקפיטליסטית. הפחד הזה, במקומות אחרים בעולם, שימש הצדקה להפיכות צבאיות (ברזיל, מצרים, תאילנד) אשר קרעו את מסיכת הדמוקרטיה מעל פרצופה של ה"דמוקרטיה הבורגנית."

 

אולם הפועלים והמדוכאים מסרבים להיכנע וממשיכים למרות הכל, ובמספרים הולכים וגדלים, להיאבק בחזרה. העם הסורי מסרב להיכנע וממשיך להיאבק בדיקטטורה של אסד; ההתנגדות בתימן ממשיכה להלום בפולש הסעודי; ההמונים במקסיקו יוצאים לרחובות במחאה על יוקר מחירי הדלק; ההמונים בברזיל השביתו את המדינה במחאה כנגד ממשלת ההפיכה של טמר; שביתות גלליות בארגנטינה וגויאנה הצרפתית; שריפת הקונגרס הלאומי בפרגוואי; הפגנות ענק בצ'ילה ופרו; תנועת הנשים העממית והאמיצה כנגד אלימות באמריקה הלטינית; מאבקם של הפועלים השחורים והצעירים בדרום אפריקה; ההתנגדות העממית לכוחות הכיבוש של האיחוד האפריקאי בסומליה; הפגנות הענק כנגד השחיתות בדרום קוריאה אשר הביאו להדחתה של הנשיאה הימנית, פָּאק גוּן-הְיֶה; אינספור שביתות הפועלים בסין; תנועת הנשים העניות המיליטנטית בהודו; תנועת "חיי שחורים נחשבים" ותנועת האנטי-טראמפ בארצות הברית; הפגנות הסולידריות עם ת'יאו בצרפת; וההפגנות למען הפליטים בספרד.

 

מלחמות השחרור, השביתות, הפגנות הענק במדינות כה רבות ברחבי העולם הן סימן לכך שמעמד הפועלים והמדוכאים העולמי מתעורר והוא מוכן להשיב מלחמה כנגד הדיקטטורות ותכניות הצנע. על מנת שמאבקים אלה יעלו הילוך יש לארגן ועדי פעולה המוניים במקומות העבודה ובשכונות, יש לאחד לדחוף שמאלה את האיגודים המקצועיים ויש לארגן מיליציות עממיות. רק כאשר כל אלה מוכנים ומאורגנים קיים סיכוי כלשהו להפיל את המעמד השליט ולהקים תחתיו ממשלות פועלים ואיכרים-עניים.

 

אלא שכל ניסיון לארגן גופים דוגמת אלה נתקל במאמצי בלימה כבירים מצד ההנהגה הרשמית הנוכחית של תנועת הפועלים והמדוכאים - בירוקרטים בוגדניים של איגודי העובדים, מנהיגי המפלגות הסוציאל-דמוקרטיות, מנהיגי מפלגות סטליניסטיות או מפלגות מזרם ה-קסטרו-צ'אביסטה, בני לווייתם הצנטריסטים, מפלגות המייצגות את הלאומנות הזעיר-בורגנית ומפלגות המתבססות על האידיאולוגיה האסלאמיסטית. חלקן מוליכות שולל את הפועלים והמדוכאים במודע, חלקן אינן מודעות לכך. בשיאם של מאבקים מעמדיים ניתן לזהות אותן בקלות דרך תמיכתן הגלויה במהפכת-הנגד או בקפיאתן ובחירתן בעמדה נייטרלית ופחדנית (למשל בסוגיית אסד, גנרל א-סיסי, ההפיכה הצבאית בברזיל, משטר ה-יורו-מיידן באוקראינה, ההכרזה על מצב חירום בצרפת, המלחמות האימפריאליסטיות במזרח התיכון, משטר ה-ANC בדרום אפריקה, האימפריאליזם של רוסיה וסין וכו').

 

לפיכך, המשימה הדחופה ביותר מצד המהפכניות והמהפכנים היא לאחד כוחות במטרה לקדם את המאבק ולבנות מפלגה סוציאליסטית מהפכנית עולמית ולהעמידה כאלטרנטיבה לרפורמיזם, צנטריזם ופופוליזם זעיר-בורגני.

 

על המהפכניות והמהפכנים לשלב את המאבק למען החזון המהפכנית יחד עם הפיכתו לקונקרטי ורלוונטי. ניתן לעשות זאת דרך הצגת סדרה של אסטרטגיות וטקטיקות לשירות המאבק המאבק המעמדי הנוכחי. אך ורק ארגונים המבינים את החזון המרקסיסטי כפי שהוא בא לידי ביטוי בהווה ורואים בבהירות את המצב העולמי ואת משימות המאבק המעמדי הנגזרות מתוכו, יכולים לקחת חלק בבנייתן של מפלגות מהפכניות חדשות ומפלגה עולמית חדשה למען מהפכה סוציאליסטית.

 

בין תומכינו מצויות ומצויים מי שטוענות וטוענים כי הכוחות המהפכניים האותנטיים כה קטנים עד כי אין זה אפשרי לבנות מפלגה מהפכנית עולמית חזקה בטווח הנראה לעין. לכך אנו משיבים כי אנו מודעים לחלוטין לכל החולשות והמכשולים בדרך. אולם, אין אנו רואים כל אלטרנטיבה מלבד בניית מפלגה כזו. את זאת אנו מסיקים מלימוד קפדני של מאבקי העבר, מהפכות ומהפכות הנגד. היינו עדים למספיק התקוממויות המוניות אשר נחלו תבוסה וזרו דכדוך בשל היעדר מפלגה מהפכנית אותנטית. נדמה שהקרבת המאבק העיקש למען הקמת של מפלגת אוונגרד זו לטובת הישגים קצרי טווח תוביל להמשך שרשרת התבוסות אשר ספגנו במהלך עשרות השנים האחרונות. אנו אומרים לא! המעמד שלנו כבר שילם מחיר גבוה די והותר בשל היעדרה של מפלגה מהפכנית בהנהגה. חייבים לשנות כיוון. חייבים לבנות מפלגה עולמית חדשה על בסיס יסודות מהפכניים מוצקים. אחרת, מעמד הפועלים ימשיך לספוג תבוסה אחרי תבוסה, שנים על גבי שנים!

 

מסיבה זו אנו מבקשים להסב את תשומת לבם של כל הלוחמות והלוחמים ברצינות למען שחרור מעמד הפועלים והמדוכאים ל"קריאה הדחופה" שפרסמנו ובה אנו מביאים תמצית של המסקנות החשובות ביותר הנחוצות לקידום איחוד השורות של המהפכנים האותנטיים:

 

לדעתנו, מהפכנים בכל רחבי העולם צריכים להתחיל לשתף פעולה באופן מיידי ולהניח את היסודות לאיחוד על בסיס עקרוני. כך נזרז את תהליך בנייתה של מפלגה עולמית חדשה וחזקה מתמיד. בתור התחלה עלינו להסכים על מספר נושאים חשובים הנוגעים למאבק המעמדי העולמי. בשלב הפוליטי הנוכחי, ה-RCIT רואה בנושאים הבאים את קווי היסוד:

 

(1) הכרה ביריבות ההולכת ומחריפה בין המעצמות האימפריאליסטיות הבאות - ארצות הברית, האיחוד האירופי, יפן, רוסיה וסין. מבלי להביא בחשבון את המעצמות העולות, רוסיה וסין, תוך התמקדות בארצות הברית, האיחוד האירופי ויפן בלבד, לא ניתן להבין את הכוחות המניעים את המשבר הקפיטליסטי הנוכחי ולנקוט בעמדות ובדרכי הפעולה הנכונות. על מהפכניות ומהפכנים לסרב בכל תוקף להעניק תמיכה לצד כלשהו במאבק הבין-אימפריאליסטי ולהניף במקום זאת את הסיסמה "האויב העיקרי נמצא בבית!". למדיניות זו קוראים במונחים לניניסטיים "מדיניות התבוסה המהפכנית", כלומר, אנו תומכים ופועלים למען התבוסה של כל הצדדים היריבים במאבק בין-אימפריאליסטי.

 

(2) מאבק עקבי כנגד האימפריאליזם. על מהפכניות ומהפכנים לתמוך בתבוסה של מדינות אימפריאליסטיות בכל סכסוך מול כוחות המייצגים את העמים המדוכאים, ולתמוך בניצחון צבאי של העמים המדוכאים תוך סירוב עיקש להעניק כל תמיכה פוליטית שהיא לקבוצות הנהגה בלתי-מהפכניות בקרבם (כמו למשל אסלאמיסטים זעיר-בורגנים, לאומנים וכד'). הדבר רלוונטי גם לסכסוכי פנים (כמו למשל דיכוי השאיפות הלאומיות של הצ'צ'נים בידי רוסיה) וגם למלחמות כנגד מדינות מדוכאות (אפגניסטן, סוריה, מאלי, סומליה). כמו כן, מהפכניות ומהפכנים מחויבים להיאבק למען גבולות פתוחים של המדינות האימפריאליסטיות ולמען שוויון מלא למיעוטים לאומיים ומהגרים. יתר על כן, על מהפכניות ומהפכנים לסרב בעקשנות לתמוך במחנה אימפריאליסטי אחד כנגד האחר בכל סכסוך נתון (למשל מחנה הברקסיט נגד האיחוד האירופי; קלינטון נגד טראמפ).

 

(3) המשך תמיכה במהפכה הערבית. ההתקוממויות ההמוניות בתוניסיה, מצרים, לוב, סוריה, תימן וכו' היוו את המאבק המעמדי החשוב והמתקדם עד כה מאז תחילת התקופה ההיסטורית הנוכחית ב-2008. יחד עם זאת, אסור לעצום את העיניים אל מול העובדה כי בהיעדר הנהגה מהפכנית ההמונים ספגו מספר תבוסות בקנה מידה מחריד - ההפיכה הצבאית של א-סיסי ביולי 2013 במצרים, טבח בני ובנות העם הסורי מידי אסד ותומכיו החיצוניים. אולם התהליך המהפכני אינו עוצר ומשתקף בהתנגדות העממית המתמשכת בסוריה, תימן, מצרים וכו'. ארגונים מהפכניים אמיתיים יתאפיינו בכך שיעניקו תמיכה בלתי מותנית בנצחונם של אותם מאבקים עממיים כנגד הדיקטטורות והכוחות הריאקציוניים, תוך שהם מסרבים להעניק כל תמיכה פוליטית לקבוצות ההנהגה הבלתי-מהפכניות בשטח (למשל אסלאמיסטים זעיר-בורגנים).

 

(4) מעורבות בכל מאבקי ההמונים כנגד תכניות הצנע וכנגד מתקפות ריאקציוניות על החירויות הדמוקרטיות. על מהפכניות ומהפכנים להתנגד לכל גילויי הכיתתיות - לאלה המסרבים להשתתף במאבקים המוניים תוך הסתתרות מאחורי תירוצים שונים של ההנהגה הבלתי-מהפכנית שלהם-עצמם. במקום זאת, מהפכניות ומהפכנים יפעלו למען טקטיקת החזית המאוחדת במאבקי הפועלים והאיכרים המונהגים על ידי כוחות רפורמיסטיים או פופוליסטיים כנגד תכניות הצנע (לדוגמה - איגודים מקצועיים, ארגוני-המונים של האיכרים ועניי העיר, מפלגות דוגמת מורנה במקסיקו, סיריזה ביוון לפני 2015, פודמוס בספרד) או כנגד הפיכות ודיקטטורות אנטי-דמוקרטיות (מאבקים המובלים כעת על ידי ארגונים דוגמת: PT, CUT, MST בברזיל; האסלאמיסטים במצרים; המורדים בסוריה). את הקריאה לחזית מאוחדת חובה לשלב יחד עם מאבק עקבי כנגד כל צורות החזית העממית וחזיתות פופוליסטיות זעיר-בורגניות, בכדי שהפועלים והאיכרים יסירו את תמיכתם מן ההנהגות הבלתי-מהפכניות הללו ובמקום זאת יפעלו למען הקמת מפלגת פועלים מהפכנית ועצמאית.

 

מכאן אנו קוראים לכל הארגונים השואפים באמת ובתמים לצעוד לעבר הקמתה של מפלגה מהפכנית עולמית חדשה לאחד כוחות על בסיס 4 קווי היסוד המפורטים לעיל. כצעד ראשון, ה-RCIT מציע להקים ועדת-קשר משותפת אשר תפעל להכין ולארגן ועידה בינלאומית בה יידונו הצעדים המעשיים לקידום הקמתה של מפלגה מהפכנית עולמית. ה-RCIT מתחייב לדון ברצינות ולשתף פעולה באופן ההדוק ביותר האפשרי עם כל הכוחות השותפים לתפיסת העולם המתוארת לעיל.

 

אנו מפצירים בכל חברה וחבר, אח ואחות למאבק, ללמוד את המסמך הזה וליצור קשר עם ה-RCIT על מנת שנדון במשותף בצעדים לקראת שיתוף פעולה הדוק יותר, ובמאמצים משותפים לבנות את הכלי החשוב ביותר עבור מעמד הפועלים במאבקו לשחרור: מפלגה עולמית של המהפכה הסוציאליסטית! בואו ונצעד קדימה!

A Corrente Comunista Revolucionária Internacional (CCRI) envia saudações de Primeiro de Maio a todos os lutadores pela libertação da classe trabalhadora e oprimida no mundo todo. Não há dúvida de que nós estamos vivendo em tempos históricos. Os eventos da História estão se modificando a cada momento. Em poucos anos o mundo será um tanto diferente do que é hoje. Nossa tarefa e nossa responsabilidade é fazer intervenções nesses eventos com um programa e orientação política corretos. Somente assim será possível criar uma organização que unifique a vanguarda no sentido de possibilitar uma marca revolucionária nas importantes lutas futuras.

 

De acordo com o que nós elaboramos com grandes detalhes no nosso documento denominado Perspectivas para o Mundo 2017, os motivos para esses dramáticos desenvolvimentos políticos em âmbito mundial estão relacionados com todas as contradições do capitalismo global que estão se acelerando a grande velocidade. A economia capitalista mundial é marcada pelas contradições profundas e enormes as quais se manifestarão em um outro, ainda pior, crack do que aquele ocorrido em 2008. Recentemente um novo estudo revelou que o déficit global cresceu rapidamente chegando a 325% do Produto Interno Bruto-PIB em 2016, totalizando 215 trilhões de dólares. Nesse período de decadência capitalista, a burguesia tenta descarregar os custos da crise nas costas dos trabalhadores e dos oprimidos. Eis a razão do porquê as massas trabalhadoras em todos os continentes estão ficando cada vez mais pobres enquanto a elite rica desavergonhadamente acumula mais riqueza.

 

Como pano de fundo da decadência capitalista, nós testemunhamos uma rápida aceleração da rivalidade entre as grandes potências imperialistas tais como os EUA, União Europeia-EU, Japão, Rússia e China. As crescentes tensões entre a Rússia e os EUA relativos à Síria, assim como o conflito entre o mesmo EUA e a China no Leste da Ásia- só para citar os exemplos mais recentes e visíveis- são a mais clara testemunha desse processo. Não existe dúvida que as provocações militares e as guerras instigadas pelas Grandes Potências e, finalmente, uma Terceira Grande Guerra será inevitável se a classe trabalhadora não derrubar as classes dominantes antes disso.

 

Da mesma forma, nós testemunhamos uma aceleração das agressões imperialistas, guerras e ocupações contra as populações oprimidas ao Sul. Os maciços bombardeios contra os povos sírios e iraquianos, tanto por parte da Rússia, como por parte dos EUA e seus aliados (tais como a França, a Bretanha e outros) causou- de acordo com os dados fornecidos por esses próprios países- a morte de 100 mil pessoas. No Afeganistão, os EUA continuam sua ocupação usando seu governo fantoche em Cabul. Da mesma forma, os EUA intensificam os ataques na Somália, assim como faz a França no Mali, com a colaboração dos seus aliados europeus. Outros exemplos dessa ofensiva reacionária são: a agressão da Arábia Saudita contra o Iêmen-com o apoio do imperialismo ocidental; a instigação da guerra contra a Coreia do Norte. E, sem dúvida, a interminável brutal opressão contra o povo palestino por parte do estado do tipo Apartheid de Israel, assim como a opressão contra os chechenos por parte da Rússia, contra os Uigures por parte da China, contra o povo da Cachemira pelo governo da Índia, contra o povo do Baluchistaõ por parte do governo do Paquistão e contra o povo curdo por parte do estado turco.

 

Uma outra forma de opressão imperialista se expressa no crescente racismo contra os imigrantes nas metrópoles imperialistas (por exemplo, o muro de Donald Trump na fronteira com o México e a exclusão dos muçulmanos, a islamofobia na Europa, os pogroms contra os imigrantes negros na África do Sul) do mesmo modo contra as minorias étnicas como por exemplo a comunidade negra dos EUA, na Grã-Bretanha, ou no Brasil, ou também as minorias de muçulmanos na Índia.

 

Todos esses eventos constituem um pano de fundo da ofensiva reacionária da classe dominante contra a classe operária e os oprimidos em escala mundial. O resultado são programas massivos de austeridade, o crescimento do chauvinismo e da islamofobia, a expansão do estado policial (por exemplo, o estado de emergência na França), a exclusão dos muçulmanos por D.Trump e sua construção do muro, o crescimento de partidos de direita (por exemplo, Le Pen na França, Wilders, Strache), e golpes de estado (por exemplo, Brasil, Egito, Tailândia).

 

No entanto, a classe trabalhadora e os oprimidos não toleram essas ofensivas reacionárias e lutam contra elas. Como exemplos específicos de resistência das massas nós apontamos a continuada luta pela libertação do heroico povo sírio contra a tirania de Assad, a resistência do povo do Iêmen contra a agressão da Arábia Saudita, os protestos de massa contra o gazolinaço no México, as greves gerais contra o golpista governo Temer no Brasil, o corajoso movimento das mulheres da América Latina contra a violência, os trabalhadores negros e da juventude na África do Sul, a resistência popular na Somália contra a ocupação das tropas da AMISON, os protesto de massa que derrubaram a presidente de direita da Coreia do Sul, Park Geun-Hye, as numerosas greves dos trabalhadores na China, o movimento das mulheres pobres na Índia, o movimento Black Lives Matter (Vidas Negras São Importantes), assim como os movimentos anti-Trump nos EUA, os massivos protesto de solidariedade à Theo na França e as manifestações em defesa dos refugiados na Espanha.

 

Mas todas essas lutas estão seriamente prejudicadas pela devastadora crise de liderança revolucionária dos movimentos da classe operária. As atuais lutas dos trabalhadores e oprimidos são controladas por várias lideranças oficiais- tais como traiçoeiros burocratas trabalhistas, líderes de partidos Social-Democratas, chefões dos partidos estalinistas, o castro-chavismo, seus seguidores centristas, partidos representando a pequena-burguesia nacionalista, e partidos baseados no islamismo. Conscientemente, ou inconscientemente, essas lideranças enganam os trabalhadores e oprimidos. Nas maiores lutas de classe elas frequentemente dão apoio aberto à contra-revolução ou tomam uma covarde posição neutra (por exemplo, apoiam Assad na Síria, o general Sisi no Egito, o golpe de estado no Brasil, o regime de Euromaidan na Ucrânia, o estado de emergência na França, as guerras imperialistas no Oriente Médio, o regime do Congresso Nacional Africano-CNA na África do Sul, os imperialismos Russo e Chinês, etc.).

 

Consequentemente, a tarefa mais importante dos revolucionário consiste em juntar forças no sentido de avançar a luta para construir um novo Partido Mundial da Revolução Socialista como uma clara e inequívoca alternativa ao reformismo, ao centrismo e ao populismo pequeno-burguês.

 

Os revolucionários devem combinar a luta por um programa revolucionário com o concretizar esse programa com uma série de táticas e estratégias para as atuais grandes lutas de classes. Somente aquelas organizações que possuem uma correta compreensão do programa marxista no atual período assim como da atual situação mundial e as suas tarefas correspondentes para a luta de classes, podem servir como instrumentos para a criação de novos partidos revolucionários e de um Novo Partido da Revolução Socialista Mundial.

 

Alguns podem argumentar conosco que as autênticas forças revolucionárias são tão pequenas que será impossível construir tão cedo um forte partido revolucionário mundial. Quanto a isso, nós respondemos que estamos plenamente conscientes das fraquezas e dificuldades que encontraremos pela frente. No entanto, não há alternativa, a não ser construir esse novo partido pelo aprendizado das lições do passado, das revoluções e contra-revoluções. Nós temos testemunhado várias revoltas de massas derrotadas e desmoralizadas por falta de partidos revolucionários autênticos. Se nós nos sacrificamos as lutas sérias por tal partido revolucionário, mas somente procurando resultados rápidos, nós continuaremos a terrível continuidade de derrotas dos anos e décadas do passado. Não, a nossa classe já pagou um preço muito alto pela falta de um partido revolucionário. É altamente urgente a hora de mudar esse caminho e construir um novo partido mundial com um sólido e sério fundamento. Caso contrário, a classe trabalhadora continuará a sofrer derrota atrás de derrota por anos a fio.

 

Por isso chamamos atenção de todos os sérios lutadores pela libertação da classe trabalhadora e dos oprimidos para o nosso documento recentemente publicado com o nome Um Chamado Urgente no qual nós resumimos as mais importantes conclusões no sentido de avançar a unificação dos autênticos revolucionários.

 

Na nossa opinião, os revolucionários de todo o mundo devem imediatamente começar a colaborar para lançar os fundamentos para uma unificação de princípios, de tal maneira que levemos adiante o processo de criação de um novo partido mundial com mais fortes forças. O ponto inicial para a criação desse partido deve ser a concordância nos temas mais importantes da luta de classes em âmbito mundial. A CCRI considera os seguintes temas como peças-chaves programáticas na atual fase política:

 

a) Reconhecimento da aceleração rivalidade entre as grandes potências imperialistas, E.U.A, UE, Japão, Rússia e China. Só é possível compreender a dinâmica do atual período de crise capitalista e tomar uma posição correta ao se reconhecer o caráter imperialista não só de E.U.A, UE e Japão, mas também das novas potências emergentes, Rússia e China. Somente a partir de tal base é possível chegar ao único programa correto sobre esta questão – o derrotismo revolucionário, ou seja, a perspectiva de luta consistente contra todas as potências imperialistas. Isto significa que os revolucionários devem se recusar a apoiar qualquer grande potência em conflitos inter-imperialistas, defendendo o lema que "o inimigo principal está em casa!"

 

b) Uma consistente luta contra o imperialismo. Revolucionários defendem a derrota dos Estados imperialistas em qualquer conflito contra as forças que representam o povo oprimido, e pela vitória de militar destas últimas, ao mesmo tempo, não dar qualquer apoio político para as lideranças não-revolucionárias dos oprimidos (por exemplo, os islamitas pequeno-burgueses islamitas, os nacionalistas). Isto é verdade tanto em conflitos internos (por exemplo, da Rússia contra uma nação oprimida como povo checheno) bem como em guerras no estrangeiro (por exemplo, Afeganistão, Síria, Mali, Somália). Da mesma forma, os revolucionários têm que lutar pela abertura das fronteiras dos países imperialistas e pela plena igualdade para as minorias nacionais e para os migrantes. Além disso, os revolucionários se recusam a apoiar um campo imperialista contra o outro em qualquer conflito (por exemplo, Brexit vs União Europeia; Clinton versus Trump).

 

c) Apoio contínuo para a Revolução Árabe. As massas populares em revoltas na Tunísia, Egito, Líbia, Síria, Iêmen e outros países têm sido o mais importante e progressivo desenvolvimento da luta de classes até agora desde o início do novo período histórico em 2008. Em verdade, dada a falta de uma liderança revolucionária, as massas sofreram uma série de derrotas terríveis – como o golpe de estado do General al-Sisi no Egito, em julho de 2013, ou o massacre em curso do povo sírio nas mãos de Assad e seus apoiadores estrangeiros. No entanto, o processo revolucionário continua, e isso se reflete na resistência popular em curso na Síria, Egito, Iêmen, Marrocos etc. As forças revolucionárias autênticas devem dar apoio incondicional a estas lutas populares contra as ditaduras e contra forças reacionárias, sem dar qualquer apoio político às suas lideranças não-revolucionárias (por exemplo, os islamitas pequeno-burgueses).

 

d) Participação em todas as lutas de massa contra programas de austeridade e ataques reacionários aos direitos democráticos. Os revolucionários são contra todas as formas de sectarismo, tal como a recusa a participação em lutas de massa, sob o pretexto de existirem nelas lideranças não-revolucionárias. Em vez disso, os revolucionários aplicam a tática da frente única nas lutas dos trabalhadores e camponeses liderados por reformistas ou forças populistas contra o programa de austeridade (por exemplo, nos sindicatos, organizações de massa de camponeses e os pobres urbanos, mas também nos partidos políticos como MORENA no México, SYRIZA na Grécia antes de 2015, PODEMOS em Espanha) ou contra golpes antidemocráticos e ditaduras (PT, CUT, MST, no Brasil; com os Islâmicos no Egito; os rebeldes na Síria). Tal orientação deve ser combinada com uma consistente luta contra todas as formas de populismo de frente popular ou populismo pequeno-burguês e lutar para que operários e camponeses rompam com essas lideranças não-revolucionárias, e para promover a formação de um independente e revolucionário partido dos trabalhadores.

 

Portanto, exortamos a todas as organizações que honestamente, esforçam-se pela criação de um novo partido revolucionário mundial a unir forças com base nestas questões chaves programáticas. Concretamente, a CCRI propõe que os revolucionários constituam um Comité Misto de Contato com o propósito de preparar e organizar politicamente uma Conferência Internacional que discutirá passos concretos para avançar pela formação de um Partido Revolucionário Mundial. A CCRI está empenhada seriamente com essas sérias discussões e colaborar o mais próximo possível com todas as forças que compartilham tal perspectiva.

Tendenca Revolucionare Komuniste International (RCIT) përshëndesin më 1 maj për të gjithë luftëtarët e çlirimit të klasës punëtore dhe të popujve të shtypur në mbarë botën. Luftërat çlirimtare, grevat dhe demonstratat masive në vende të shumta në mbarë botën janë një shenjë se klasa punëtore dhe të shtypurve wake up dhe janë të gatshëm për të luftuar kundër diktaturave dhe kursimet. Është shumë e rëndësishme për të rritur këto lufton për një nivel më të lartë nga të themeluara komisionet masive të veprimit në të gjitha vendet e punës dhe lagje duke kombinuar sindikatat dhe milicitë radikalizohet dhe popullore të jetë krijuar. Prandaj, është detyra më urgjente e revolucionarëve, për të sjellë së bashku ndërkombëtarisht për të krijuar luftën për një parti të re botërore e revolucionit socialist, si një alternativë të qartë dhe pa mëdyshje ndaj reformimit, centrizmin dhe e imët populizmit borgjeze.

 

Revolucionarët duhet të bashkohet me luftën për një program revolucionar, në mënyrë që të bëjë këtë program me të vërtetë të jetë në një sërë strategjive dhe taktikave për betejat aktuale të mëdha të klasës. Vetëm organizatat që kuptojnë programin marksiste për periudhën e tanishme e duhur dhe në mënyrë të qartë e njohin situatën aktuale botërore dhe detyrat që rrjedhin nga lufta e klasave mund të shërbejnë si mjete për krijimin e partive të reja revolucionare dhe një partie të re botërore e revolucionit socialist.

 

Disa lexues të cilët janë të vendosur ndryshe na miqësore, mund të thotë se forcat e vërtetë revolucionare janë aq të ulëta se ajo nuk do të jetë e mundur për të ndërtuar një parti të fortë botërore e revolucionit në të ardhmen e afërt. Them ne përgjigjemi se ne dobësitë dhe vështirësitë e rrugës përpara nesh janë plotësisht të vetëdijshëm. Megjithatë, ndërtimi i një parti të tillë të re nuk mund të vazhdojë ndryshe se që e mëson mësimet e luftërave të kaluara, revolucione dhe kundër-revolucioneve. Nëse do të tkurret nga lufta serioze për një parti të tillë kampion, por janë vetëm rezultate të shpejta nga, ne do të vazhdojmë serinë e tmerrshme të humbjeve në vitet dhe dekadat e fundit. Jo, klasa jonë i ka paguar tashmë shumë i lartë një çmim për shkak të mungesës së një partie revolucionare. Kjo është absolutisht urgjente për të ndryshuar kursin dhe për të ndërtuar një parti të re botërore që është i bazuar në një bazë serioze revolucionare. Përndryshe, klasa punëtore do të vazhdojnë të vuajnë humbje për humbjen për vite e vite!

 

Prandaj, ne duam të tërheqim vëmendjen e të gjithë luftëtarëve të rënda për çlirimin e klasës punëtore dhe të shtypurve në thirrjen tonë të kohëve të fundit urgjente në të cilën ne përmbledhim konkluzionet kryesore për të çuar përpara bashkimin e revolucionarëve të vërtetë:

 

Ne besojmë se duhet të punojmë fillimet e gjithë bota menjëherë revolucionarët për të hedhur themelet për një bashkim parimor në mënyrë që ne të shtyjë përpara procesin e ndërtimit të një partie të re botërore me forcat më të forta. Pika fillestare për krijimin e një partie të tillë është në marrëveshje mbi çështjet kyçe të luftës së klasave globale. RCIT parasysh temat e mëposhtme si gurët e themelit të tilla programore në fazën aktuale politike:

 

a) Njohja e rritjes së rivalitetit mes fuqive imperialiste - SHBA, BE, Japonia, Rusia dhe Kina. Kjo është e mundur vetëm për të kuptuar dinamikën lëvizëse e krizës aktuale kapitalist dhe për të marrë një pozicion të saktë, kur jo vetëm që njeh BE dhe Japoni karakterin imperialiste të SHBA-ve, por edhe fuqitë e reja në zhvillim Rusia dhe Kina. Vetëm në një bazë të tillë, është e mundur për të punuar jashtë vetëm programin e duhur mbi këtë temë - e disfatizëm revolucionare, që është, perspektiva e një lufte të qëndrueshme kundër të gjitha fuqive imperialiste. Kjo do të thotë se revolucionarët refuzojnë për të mbështetur ndonjë pushtet të madh në konfliktet ndër-imperialiste, në përputhje me moton "Armiku kryesor është në shtëpi!".

 

b) Lufta në përputhje kundër imperializmit. Revolucionar janë për humbjen e shteteve imperialiste, në çdo konflikt me forcat që njerëzit e shtypur përfaqësojnë. Ata ngrihen për fitoren ushtarake të këtij të fundit, pa dhënë udhëheqësit jo-revolucionare e të shtypurve (për shembull, petit borgjez islamistët, nacionalistët) mbështetje politike. Po ashtu revolucionarët në vendet imperialiste duhet të luftojmë për kufij të hapur dhe për barazi të plotë për pakicat kombëtare dhe emigrantëve. Përveç kësaj, revolucionarët të refuzojë për të mbështetur një kamp imperialiste kundër tjetrit në një konflikt të caktuar (p.sh. Është e vërtetë se duke pasur parasysh mungesën e udhëheqjes revolucionare, masat kanë një seri të humbjeve të tmerrshme vuajtur - si grushtit të shtetit të gjeneralit al-Sisi, në Egjipt, në korrik të vitit 2013 ose masakra e vazhdueshme të popullit sirian nga Asad dhe mbështetësve të tij të huaj. Procesi revolucionar është megjithatë duke vazhduar, dhe kjo është reflektuar në rezistencën e vazhdueshme popullore në Siri, Jemen, Egjipt, Marok, etj përsëri. Vërtet forcat revolucionare duhet të mbështesë këto lufton masive kundër diktaturave dhe forcave reaksionare pa kushte, pa asnjë mbështetje politike për liderët e tyre jo-revolucionare (për shembull, petit borgjez islamikët).

 

d) pjesëmarrja në të gjitha betejat e masive kundër masave të kursimit dhe kundër sulmeve reaksionare mbi të drejtat demokratike. Revolucionarët kundërshtojnë të gjitha format e sektarizmit, refuzimi për të marrë pjesë në betejat masive nën pretekstin e lidershipit të tyre jo-revolucionare. Në vend të kësaj, ata i kthejnë në taktikë bashkuar frontit në luftën e punëtorëve dhe fshatarëve, të cilët janë të udhëhequr nga forcat reformiste ose populiste kundër masave shtrënguese (p.sh. sindikatat, organizatat masive të fshatarëve dhe partive urbane të varfër, si dhe politike si Morena në Meksikë, SYRIZA në Greqi deri në vitin 2015, Podemos në Spanjë) ose kundër grushtet anti-demokratike dhe diktaturave (PT, prerë, MST në Brazil; islamikëve në Egjipt, rebelët në Siri). Një orientim i tillë duhet të jetë i lidhur me një luftë të qëndrueshme kundër të gjitha formave të politikës Popular Front dhe populizmit mikroborgjez, dhe për zhdukjen e punëtorëve dhe fshatarëve të këtyre udhëzon në rrugë jo-revolucionare. Në të njëjtën kohë duhet të promovohet formimi i një partie punëtorëve të pavarura dhe revolucionare.

 

Prandaj, ne i bëjmë thirrje të gjitha organizatave që janë përpjekje të ndershme për të krijuar një të ri revolucionarët Partia Botërore të bashkohen në bazë të këtij shtylla programatike. Konkretisht, RCIT sugjeron se revolucionarët ngritur një kontakt të Komitetit të Përbashkët të gjitha forcat që janë vija themelore dakord me këtë perspektivë. Detyra e një komisioni të tillë është politikisht dhe organizativisht të përgatitur në vitin 2017 një konferencë ndërkombëtare. Qëllimi i një konference të tillë do të ishte për të diskutuar hapat konkretë për të çuar përpara krijimin e një partie revolucionare botërore. RCIT shqyrton debat serioz dhe bashkëpunimin më të afërt të mundshme me të gjitha forcat që ndajnë këtë qëndrim.

 

Ne nxisim të gjithë shokë, vëllezër dhe motra të studiuar këtë dokument dhe për të kontaktuar me RCIT. Atëherë ne mund të fillojnë të diskutojnë së bashku se çfarë hapa duhet të bëhet për bashkëpunim më të ngushtë në përpjekjet tona të përbashkëta për të ndërtuar instrumentin më të rëndësishme të klasës punëtore në luftën e saj për çlirim: një parti të re botërore e revolucionit socialist! Ne marshojmë përpara!
