The RCIT has successful concluded its IV. International Congress in September 2023. In order to allow a broader participation, the congress took place in two parts – one in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the other in Istanbul (Türkiye).

21 delegates from Argentina, Brazil, Russia, Occupied Palestine, South Korea and Austria met and discussed programmatic documents as well as the organisational perspectives of the RCIT. Comrades from Nigeria, Mexico and Britain could not participate (because of reactionary visa restrictions or for other reasons) but sent their greetings.

The congress discussed four draft documents which had been circulated within the organisation for several months before. These documents were 1) a programmatic Manifesto, 2) Theses on Agriculture and Ecology, 3) a document on Women’s Liberation and 4) Theses on Bourgeois Democracy and the Struggle for Democratic Rights.

All documents were amended in the course of the discussions and unanimously adopted. They will be published soon on the RCIT’s website as well as in our hardcopy publications.

Furthermore, the delegates discussed about the organisational priorities in our efforts to build the RCIT and to contribute to the construction of a new Revolutionary World Party. The coming together from delegates from different countries also presented us with the opportunity to have in-depth discussions about the work of comrades in individual countries.

Finally, delegates also elected a new International Executive Committee – the highest body of our organisation in between the congresses.

The meetings of the RCIT’s congress in Buenos Aires resp. Istanbul also allowed us to have meetings with leaders of other organisations. As we did already report, we had an interesting debate with leading theoreticians of UIT-CI and the PTS/FT about the rise of China and the role of BRICS+. (1)

Furthermore, a delegation of the RCIT met with leaders of UIT-CI to discuss about our assessment of the world situation as well as about possibilities for collaboration. One of the results of this fruitful discussion was a joint statement on the latest mass protests in Syria. (2)

We also met a leading comrade of the Turkish section of UIT-CI as well as a delegation of the Turkish organisation SEP.

In addition, international delegates at the conference in Buenos Aires also used the opportunity to learn more about the work of our Argentinean comrades. For example, we visited the Instituto 103 – a teacher training college with 3,000 students – where the comrades of Convergencia Socialista and La Roja have done excellent workplace and trade union work since a number of years. (3) The comrades invited international delegates of the RCIT to come to the school where they were “bombarded” by many questions of students about the world situation.

Furthermore, we also met leading activists of the Argentinean women’s organisations Defensorías de Géneros and Madres Protectoras.

The IV. International Congress marks an important step in the development of the RCIT. In the last four years, we could fuse with revolutionary organisations in Argentina, Russia and South Korea. The congress demonstrated that the RCIT has not only expanded numerically and geographically but that we have also consolidated our enlarged forces on a political homogeneous fundament.

Of course, there is no reason for complacency and much work remains to be done in the process of building a Revolutionary World Party. We will continue to intervene in the class struggles, strive to deepen our links with the workers vanguard and look for closer collaboration with other revolutionary forces. However, our programmatic and organisational achievements give us much confidence that the RCIT is well prepared for the great challenges of the liberation struggle ahead!

La CCRI ha concluido con éxito su IV Congreso Internacional en septiembre de 2023. Para permitir una participación más amplia, el congreso se desarrolló en dos partes: una en Buenos Aires (Argentina) y la otra en Estambul (Turquía).

21 delegados de Argentina, Brasil, Rusia, Palestina ocupada, Corea del Sur y Austria se reunieron y discutieron documentos programáticos, así como las perspectivas organizativas de la CCRI. Los camaradas de Nigeria, México y Gran Bretaña no pudieron participar (debido a restricciones reaccionarias de visas o por otras razones), pero enviaron sus saludos.

En el congreso se discutieron cuatro proyectos de documentos que circulaban en la organización desde hacía varios meses. Estos documentos fueron 1) un Manifiesto programático, 2) Tesis sobre agricultura y ecología, 3) un documento sobre la liberación de la mujer y 4) Tesis sobre la democracia burguesa y la lucha por los derechos democráticos.

Todos los documentos fueron modificados durante las discusiones y adoptados por unanimidad. Se publicarán pronto en el sitio web de la CCRI, así como en nuestras publicaciones impresas.

Además, los delegados discutieron sobre las prioridades organizativas en nuestros esfuerzos por construir la CCRI y contribuir a la construcción de un nuevo Partido Revolucionario Mundial. La reunión de delegados de diferentes países también nos brindó la oportunidad de tener discusiones en profundidad sobre el trabajo de los camaradas en cada país.

Finalmente, los delegados también eligieron un nuevo Comité Ejecutivo Internacional, el máximo órgano de nuestra organización entre congresos.

Las reuniones del congreso de la CCRI en Buenos Aires y Estambul también nos permitió mantener reuniones con líderes de otras organizaciones. Como ya informamos, tuvimos un interesante debate con los principales teóricos de la UIT-CI y el PTS/FT sobre el ascenso de China y el papel de los BRICS+. (1)

Además, una delegación de la CCRI se reunió con líderes de la UIT-CI para discutir sobre nuestra evaluación de la situación mundial, así como sobre las posibilidades de colaboración. Uno de los resultados de este fructífero debate fue una declaración conjunta sobre las últimas protestas masivas en Siria. (2)

También nos reunimos con un camarada destacado de la sección turca de la UIT-CI, así como con una delegación de la organización turca SEP.

Además, los delegados internacionales en la conferencia de Buenos Aires también aprovecharon la oportunidad para aprender más sobre el trabajo de nuestros camaradas argentinos. Por ejemplo, visitamos el Instituto 103 – una escuela de formación docente con 3.000 estudiantes – donde los camaradas de Convergencia Socialista y La Roja han realizado un excelente trabajo laboral y sindical desde hace varios años. (3) Los camaradas invitaron a delegados internacionales de la CCRI a venir a la escuela donde fueron “bombardeados” por muchas preguntas de los estudiantes sobre la situación mundial.

Además, también nos reunimos con destacadas activistas de las organizaciones de mujeres argentinas, Defensorías de Géneros y Madres Protectoras.

El IV Congreso Internacional marca un paso importante en el desarrollo de la CCRI. En los últimos cuatro años pudimos fusionarnos con organizaciones revolucionarias en Argentina, Rusia y Corea del Sur. El congreso demostró que la CCRI no sólo se ha expandido numérica y geográficamente sino que también hemos consolidado nuestras fuerzas ampliadas sobre una base política homogénea.

Por supuesto, no hay motivos para la complacencia y aún queda mucho trabajo por hacer en el proceso de construcción de un Partido Revolucionario Mundial. Continuaremos interviniendo en las luchas de clases, esforzándonos por profundizar nuestros vínculos con la vanguardia obrera y buscaremos una colaboración más estrecha con otras fuerzas revolucionarias. Sin embargo, nuestros logros programáticos y organizativos nos dan mucha confianza en que la CCRI está bien preparada para los grandes desafíos de la lucha de liberación que se avecina.

RCIT успешно завершил свой IV Международный Конгресс в сентябре 2023 года. Для обеспечения более широкого участия конгресс проходил в двух частях – одна в Буэнос-Айресе (Аргентина), а другая в Стамбуле (Турция).

21 делегат из Аргентины, Бразилии, России, Оккупированной Палестины, Южной Кореи и Австрии встретились и обсудили программные документы, а также организационные перспективы RCIT. Товарищи из Нигерии, Мексики и Великобритании не смогли принять участие (из-за реакционных визовых ограничений или по другим причинам), но прислали свои приветствия.

Конгресс обсудил четыре проекта документов, которые были распространены в организации за несколько месяцев до этого. Этими документами были 1) программный манифест, 2) Тезисы о сельском хозяйстве и экологии, 3) документ об освобождении женщин и 4) Тезисы о буржуазной демократии и борьбе за демократические права.

Во все документы были внесены поправки в ходе обсуждений и приняты единогласно. Вскоре они будут опубликованы на веб-сайте RCIT, а также в наших печатных изданиях.

Кроме того, делегаты обсудили организационные приоритеты в наших усилиях по расширению RCIT и внесению вклада в строительство новой Революционной мировой партии. Встреча делегатов из разных стран также предоставила нам возможность провести углубленные дискуссии о работе товарищей в отдельных странах.

Наконец, делегаты также избрали новый Международный исполнительный комитет – высший орган нашей организации в период между конгрессами.

Заседания конгресса RCIT в Буэнос-Айресе и в Стамбуле также позволили нам встретиться с лидерами других организаций. Как мы уже сообщали, у нас была интересная дискуссия с ведущими теоретиками UIT-CI и PTS/FT о подъеме Китая и роли БРИКС+. (1)

Кроме того, делегация RCIT встретилась с лидерами UIT-CI, чтобы обсудить нашу оценку мировой ситуации, а также возможности для сотрудничества. Одним из результатов этой плодотворной дискуссии стало совместное заявление по поводу последних массовых протестов в Сирии. (2)

Мы встретились с ведущим товарищем турецкой секции UIT-CI, а также с делегацией турецкой организации SEP.

Кроме того, международные делегаты на конференции в Буэнос-Айресе также воспользовались возможностью узнать больше о работе наших аргентинских товарищей. Например, мы посетили Институт 103 – педагогический колледж с 3000 студентами, – где товарищи из Convergencia Socialista и La Roja на протяжении ряда лет отлично работают на рабочих местах и в профсоюзах. (3) Товарищи пригласили международных делегатов RCIT приехать в колледж, где их “засыпали” многочисленными вопросами учащиеся о положении в мире.

Кроме того, мы также встретились с ведущими активистками аргентинских женских организаций Defensorías de Géneros и Madres Protectoras.

IV Международный Конгресс знаменует собой важный шаг в развитии RCIT. За последние четыре года мы смогли слиться с революционными организациями в Аргентине, России и Южной Корее. Конгресс продемонстрировал, что RCIT не только расширился численно и географически, но что мы также консолидировали наши увеличившиеся силы на однородном политическом фундаменте.

Конечно, нет причин для самоуспокоенности, и многое еще предстоит сделать в процессе построения Революционной мировой партии. Мы будем продолжать вмешиваться в классовую борьбу, стремиться к углублению наших связей с рабочим авангардом и стремиться к более тесному сотрудничеству с другими революционными силами. Однако наши программные и организационные достижения вселяют в нас большую уверенность в том, что RCIT хорошо подготовлен к великим вызовам предстоящей освободительной борьбы!

21 delegados da Argentina, Brasil, Rússia, Palestina Ocupada, Coreia do Sul e Áustria se reuniram e discutiram documentos programáticos, bem como as perspectivas organizacionais da CCRI. Os camaradas da Nigéria, México e Grã-Bretanha não puderam participar (devido a restrições reacionárias de visto ou por outros motivos), mas enviaram suas saudações.

O congresso discutiu quatro documentos preliminares que haviam circulado na organização por vários meses antes. Esses documentos eram: 1) um Manifesto programático, 2) Teses sobre Agricultura e Ecologia, 3) um documento sobre a Libertação das Mulheres e 4) Teses sobre a Democracia Burguesa e a Luta pelos Direitos Democráticos.

As reuniões do congresso da CCRI em Buenos Aires e Istambul também nos permitiram realizar reuniões com líderes de outras organizações. Como já relatamos, tivemos um debate interessante com os principais teóricos da UIT-CI e do PTS/FT sobre a ascensão da China e o papel do BRICS+. (1)

Além disso, uma delegação da CCRI se reuniu com líderes da UIT-CI para discutir nossa avaliação da situação mundial e as possibilidades de colaboração. Um dos resultados dessa discussão proveitosa foi uma declaração conjunta sobre os últimos protestos em massa na Síria. (2)

Também nos reunimos com um camarada líder da seção turca da UIT-CI, bem como com uma delegação da organização turca SEP.

Além disso, os delegados internacionais presentes na conferência em Buenos Aires também aproveitaram a oportunidade para conhecer melhor o trabalho de nossos companheiros argentinos. Por exemplo, visitamos o Instituto 103 - uma escola de formação de professores com 3.000 alunos - onde os companheiros da Convergência Socialista e do La Roja realizam um excelente trabalho sindical e no local de trabalho há vários anos. (3) Os companheiros convidaram os delegados internacionais da CCRI para irem à escola, onde foram "bombardeados" por muitas perguntas dos alunos sobre a situação mundial.

Além disso, também nos reunimos com as principais ativistas das organizações argentinas de mulheres Defensorías de Géneros e Madres Protectoras.

O IV Congresso Internacional marca um passo importante no desenvolvimento da CCRI. Nos últimos quatro anos, pudemos nos fundir com organizações revolucionárias da Argentina, Rússia e Coreia do Sul. O congresso demonstrou que a CCRI não apenas se expandiu numérica e geograficamente, mas que também consolidou nossas forças ampliadas em uma base política homogênea.

É claro que não há motivo para complacência e ainda há muito trabalho a ser feito no processo de construção de um Partido Mundial Revolucionário. Continuaremos a intervir nas lutas de classe, a nos esforçar para aprofundar nossos vínculos com a vanguarda dos trabalhadores e a buscar uma colaboração mais próxima com outras forças revolucionárias. No entanto, nossas conquistas programáticas e organizacionais nos dão muita confiança de que a CCRI está bem preparado para os grandes desafios da luta de libertação que temos pela frente!

Le CCRI a conclu avec succès son 4ème Congrès international en septembre 2023. Afin de permettre une plus grande participation, le congrès s'est déroulé en deux parties - l'une à Buenos Aires (Argentine) et l'autre à Istanbul (Turquie).

21 délégués d'Argentine, du Brésil, de Russie, de Palestine occupée, de Corée du Sud et d'Autriche se sont rencontrés et ont discuté des documents programmatiques ainsi que des perspectives organisationnelles du CCRI. Les camarades du Nigeria, du Mexique et de Grande-Bretagne n'ont pas pu participer à la réunion (en raison de restrictions réactionnaires sur les visas ou pour d'autres raisons), mais ont envoyé leurs salutations.

Le congrès a discuté de quatre documents préliminaires qui circulaient dans l'organisation depuis plusieurs mois. Ces documents sont : 1) un Manifeste de programme, 2) des thèses sur l'agriculture et l'écologie, 3) un document sur la libération des femmes et 4) des thèses sur la démocratie bourgeoise et la lutte pour les droits démocratiques.

Tous les documents ont été amendés au cours des discussions et adoptés à l'unanimité. Ils seront bientôt publiés sur le site web du CCRI ainsi que dans nos publications imprimées.

En outre, les délégués ont discuté des priorités organisationnelles dans nos efforts pour construire le CCRI et contribuer à la construction d'un nouveau Parti révolutionnaire mondial. La réunion des délégués de différents pays nous a également donné l'occasion d'avoir des discussions approfondies sur le travail des camarades dans chaque pays.

Enfin, les délégués ont également élu un nouveau comité exécutif international, l'organe suprême de notre organisation entre les congrès.

Les congrès du CCRI à Buenos Aires et Istanbul nous ont également permis de rencontrer des dirigeants d'autres organisations. Comme nous l'avons déjà rapporté, nous avons eu un débat intéressant avec d'éminents théoriciens de l'UIT-QI et du PTS/FT sur la montée en puissance de la Chine et le rôle des BRICS+ (1).

En outre, une délégation du CCRI a rencontré les dirigeants de l'UIT-QI pour discuter de notre évaluation de la situation mondiale et des possibilités de collaboration. L'un des résultats de cette discussion fructueuse a été une déclaration commune sur les dernières manifestations de masse en Syrie. (2)

Nous avons également rencontré un camarade dirigeant de la section turque de l'UIT-QI, ainsi qu'une délégation de l'organisation turque SEP.

En outre, les délégués internationaux participant à la conférence de Buenos Aires ont également profité de l'occasion pour en apprendre davantage sur le travail de nos camarades argentins. Par exemple, nous avons visité l'Institut 103 - une école normale de 3.000 étudiants - où les camarades de la Convergence socialiste et de La Roja réalisent depuis plusieurs années un excellent travail syndical et professionnel. (3) Les camarades ont invité les délégués internationaux du CCRI à l'école, où ils ont été "bombardés" de nombreuses questions de la part des étudiants sur la situation dans le monde.

Nous avons également rencontré des militants de premier plan des organisations de femmes argentines Defensorías de Géneros et Madres Protectoras.

Le quatrième congrès international marque une étape importante dans le développement du CCRI. Au cours des quatre dernières années, nous avons pu fusionner avec des organisations révolutionnaires en Argentine, en Russie et en Corée du Sud. Le congrès a démontré que le CCRI ne s'est pas seulement développé numériquement et géographiquement, mais qu'il a également consolidé ses forces élargies en une base politique homogène.

Bien sûr, il n'y a aucune raison de se reposer sur ses lauriers et il reste encore beaucoup de travail à accomplir dans le processus de construction d'un parti révolutionnaire mondial. Nous continuerons à intervenir dans les luttes de classe, nous nous efforcerons d'approfondir nos liens avec l'avant-garde ouvrière et nous chercherons à collaborer plus étroitement avec d'autres forces révolutionnaires. Cependant, nos réalisations programmatiques et organisationnelles nous donnent une grande confiance dans le fait que le CCRI est bien préparé pour les grands défis de la lutte de libération qui nous attendent !

Questi documenti erano: 1) un manifesto programmatico, 2) tesi sull'agricoltura e l'ecologia, 3) un documento sulla liberazione delle donne e 4) tesi sulla democrazia borghese e la lotta per i diritti democratici.

Tutti i documenti hanno ricevuto emendamenti durante le discussioni e adottati all'unanimità. Saranno presto pubblicati sul sito web della TCRI e sulle nostre pubblicazioni cartacee.

Inoltre, i delegati hanno discusso le priorità organizzative nei nostri sforzi per costruire la TCRI e contribuire alla costruzione di un nuovo Partito rivoluzionario mondiale. L'incontro tra delegati di diversi Paesi ci ha dato anche l'opportunità di discutere in modo approfondito del lavoro dei compagni in ogni Paese.

Infine, i delegati hanno anche eletto il nuovo Comitato esecutivo internazionale, il massimo organo della nostra organizzazione tra un congresso e l'altro.

Le riunioni del congresso della TCRI a Buenos Aires e Istanbul ci hanno permesso di incontrare anche i leader di altre organizzazioni. Come abbiamo già riferito, abbiamo avuto un interessante dibattito con i principali teorici dell'UIT-CI e del PTS/FT sull'ascesa della Cina e sul ruolo dei BRICS+. (1)

Inoltre, una delegazione della TCRI si è incontrata con i leader dell'UIT-CI per discutere la nostra valutazione della situazione mondiale e le possibilità di collaborazione. Uno dei risultati di questa proficua discussione è stata una dichiarazione congiunta sulle ultime proteste di massa in Siria. (2)

Abbiamo anche incontrato un compagno leader della sezione turca dell'UIT-CI e una delegazione dell'organizzazione turca SEP.

Inoltre, i delegati internazionali presenti alla conferenza di Buenos Aires hanno colto l'occasione per conoscere meglio il lavoro dei nostri compagni argentini. Ad esempio, abbiamo visitato l'Istituto 103 - una scuola di formazione per insegnanti con 3.000 studenti - dove i compagni della Convergenza Socialista e de La Roja svolgono da anni un eccellente lavoro sindacale e sul posto di lavoro. (3) I compagni hanno invitato i delegati internazionali della TCRI nella scuola, dove sono stati "bombardati" da molte domande degli studenti sulla situazione mondiale.

Abbiamo anche incontrato le principali attiviste delle organizzazioni femminili argentine Defensorías de Géneros e Madres Protectoras.

Il Quarto Congresso Internazionale segna un passo importante nello sviluppo della TCRI. Negli ultimi quattro anni siamo riusciti a fonderci con organizzazioni rivoluzionarie in Argentina, Russia e Corea del Sud. Il congresso ha dimostrato che la TCRI non solo si è espansa numericamente e geograficamente, ma ha anche consolidato le nostre forze allargate in una base politica omogenea.

Naturalmente, non c'è motivo di compiacersi e c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare nel processo di costruzione di un Partito rivoluzionario mondiale. Continueremo a intervenire nelle lotte di classe, a cercare di approfondire i nostri legami con l'avanguardia operaia e a cercare una più stretta collaborazione con altre forze rivoluzionarie. Tuttavia, le nostre conquiste programmatiche e organizzative ci danno grande fiducia: la TCRI è ben preparata per le grandi sfide della lotta di liberazione che ci attendono!

RCIT는 2023년 9월 4차 대회를 성공적으로 마무리했다. 더 폭넓게 참가할 수 있도록 대회를 1부, 2부로 나눠 1부는 부에노스아이레스 (아르헨티나)에서, 2부는 이스탄불 (튀르키예)에서 진행했다.

아르헨티나, 브라질, 러시아, 점령지 팔레스타인, 남한, 오스트리아의 각 대표단 21명이 모여 RCIT의 강령 문서들 및 조직 평가전망에 대해 심의했다. 나이지리아, 멕시코, 영국의 동지들은 (반동적 비자 제한을 비롯한 그 밖의 이유로) 참가하지 못했지만 대회인사말을 보냈다.

대회는 앞서 조직 내에서 유통된 바 있는 네 개의 문서 초안을 심의했다. 각각 1) 강령 매니페스토, 2) 농업과 생태에 대한 테제, 3) 여성해방 문서, 4) 부르주아 민주주의와 민주적 제 권리 투쟁에 대한 테제였다.

모든 문서는 심의 과정에서 수정을 거쳐 전원일치로 채택되었다. 곧 RCIT 웹사이트에 공개할 것이며, 책자로도 출판할 것이다.

나아가, 대표단은 RCIT 조직 강화 및 새로운 혁명세계당 건설을 위한 투쟁에서의 우선순위에 대해 논의하였다. 각국 대표단이 한자리에 모임으로써 개별 나라 동지들의 사업에 대해 심도 있는 논의를 할 수 있는 기회가 되기도 했다.

끝으로, 대표단은 새로운 국제 집행위원회도 선출했다. 국제집행위는 대회와 대회 사이 기간에 우리 조직의 최고 기관이다.

부에노스아이레스 및 이스탄불 대회의 회의들에서는 타 조직 지도자들과 미팅을 갖는 기회도 가졌다. 이미 보고했듯이, 우리는 UIT-CI 및 PTS/FT의 주요 이론가들과 중국의 강대국 부상 및 브릭스의 역할에 대해 흥미로운 토론을 나누었다.[1]

RCIT 대표단은 UIT-CI 리더들과 만나 우리의 세계정세 평가와 양 조직 협력 가능성에 대해 논의하였다. 이 유익한 토론의 결과물 중 하나가 최근 시리아의 대규모 시위에 대한 양 조직 공동성명이다.[2]

우리는 또 UIT-CI 튀르키예 지부의 지도부 동지 및 튀르키예 SEP 대표단과도 만났다.

이에 더해, 부에노스아이레스 회의에서 국제 대표단들은 RCIT 아르헨티나 동지들의 사업에 대해 더 많이 배울 수 있는 기회도 가질 수 있었다. 예를 들어, 우리는 학생 수 3천 명의 교원 양성 대학인 Instituto 103을 방문했다. 이 곳에서 사회주의통합당(CS)과 La Roja(The Red) 동지들이 수년래 현장 사업 및 노동조합 사업을 열심히 전개해왔다.[3] 동지들의 초대를 받고 RCIT 국제 대표단이 이 학교에 방문했을 때 대표단은 세계정세에 대해 학생들의 질문 ‘폭탄 세례’를 받았다.

한편 아르헨티나 여성단체인 '데펜소리아스 데 제네로스' (젠더 옹호자들)와 '마드레스 프로텍토라스' (모성 보호)의 주요 활동가들도 만났다.

4차대회는 RCIT의 발전에서 중요한 한 획을 그었다. 지난 4년 RCIT는 아르헨티나, 러시아, 남한의 혁명조직과 융합할 수 있었다. 대회는 RCIT가 수적, 지리적으로 확대된 것만이 아니라 우리의 확대된 세를 정치적 동질성의 기초 위에서 공고히 해냈다는 것 또한 보여주었다.

물론, 우리는 자만할 이유가 없고, 혁명세계당 건설 과정에서 해야 할 일이 많이 남아 있다. 우리는 계속해서 계급투쟁에 관여하고 선진노동자들과의 연계를 심화시키기 위해 노력하며 타 혁명세력과의 보다 긴밀한 협력을 모색할 것이다. 그러나 우리에게는 우리가 거둔 강령적·조직적 성취로 앞에 놓인 해방투쟁의 큰 도전들에 잘 준비되어 있다는 확신과 자신감이 있다!
