1. The bloody crackdown of the Sudanese army against the peaceful protesters on 3 June has resulted in at least 35 people killed and hundreds injured. The so-called Transitional Military Council (TMC) has cancelled a power-transfer agreement with protesters. While it promised elections within nine months it is clear that such elections would not take place under free and democratic conditions. No one should suffer any illusions concerning the present situation. This is an attempt of the army command to follow the road of General Sisi in Egypt! If the TMC succeeds in its plan, it would represent a devastating defeat for the Sudanese people!
2. This is a powerful lesson that any negotiations with the army command are a dangerous diversion. Authentic freedom and democracy cannot be achieved through a collaborative effort with the army command – but only by defeating and removing it!
3. The Revolutionary Communist International Tendency (RCIT) states its full solidarity with the Sudanese workers and poor fighting against the dictatorship! We support the call for a general strike as it has been recently made by the Forces for Freedom and Change (irrespective of our political reservations towards this alliance).
4. Such a general strike should last until the counter-revolutionary attack of the TMC has been defeated. At the same time it is crucial that the popular masses build self-defense committees in order to resist the attacks! Furthermore, the people must try to win over the ordinary soldiers so that they do not follow the orders of their generals but, rather, join the protests.
5. The strategic goal must be to overthrow the TMC via a popular insurrection! For a Revolutionary Constituent Assembly! For a workers and poor peasants government! For a revolutionary party as part of a revolutionary world party! Join the RCIT in fighting for such a perspective!

1. أسفرت المجزرة الدموية
التي شنها الجيش السوداني ضد المتظاهرين السلميين في الثالث من حزيران 2019 عن مقتل
35 شخصا على الأقل وخلفت
المئات من الجرحى. كما القى ما يسمى
بالمجلس العسكري اتفاق نقل السطل للمدنيين ووعدت بإجراء انتخابات في غضون تسعة أشهر. من البديهي إن هذه
الانتخابات لن تتم في ظل وضع حر وديمقراطي إذ إنها محاولة من المجلس العسكري لإتباع طريقة السيسي في مصر وهي تمثل هزيمة للشعب السوداني إن حدثت.
2. ما حدث درس قوي نتج عن المفاوضات مع قيادة الجيش اذ لا يمكن تحقيق الحرية والديمقراطية عبر هذا التوهم بان الجيش يحرص أيضا على هذا التحول بل يعمل على هزيمتها وازالتها.
3. يعبرُ التيار الدولي الشيوعي الثوري عن تضامنه مع الشعب السوداني ونؤيد الدعوة إلى إضراب العام والذي تدعو اليه قوى الحرية والتغيير (غض النظر عن تحفظاتنا السياسية على التحالف).
4. يجب أن يستمر هذا الإضراب العام حتى يتم هزيمة الثورة المضادة ومن الضروري أن تبني الجماهير الشعبية لجان الدفاع عن النفس من أجل مقاومة الهجمات! علاوة على ذلك، يجب على الجماهير محاولة كسب الجنود العاديين حتى لا يتبعوا أوامر جنرالاتهم بل ينضموا إلى صالح قضيتها واحتجاجاتها.
5. يجب أن يكون الهدف الاستراتيجي الإطاحة بالمجلس العسكري من خلال التمرد الشعبي! من أجل الجمعية التأسيسية الثورية! من أجل حکومة العمال والفلاحين والفقراء! من أجل الحزب الثوري کجزء لا يتجزأ من الحزب الثوري العالمي! إنضموا إلی التيار الشيوعي الپوري الدولي للنضال من أجل هذه وجهة النظر!

Dringende Stellungnahme der Revolutionär-Kommunistischen Internationalen Tendenz (RCIT), 04. Juni 2019, www.thecommunists.net
1. Das blutige Durchgreifen der sudanesischen Armee gegen die friedlichen Demonstranten am 3. Juni hat dazu geführt, dass mindestens 35 Menschen getötet und Hunderte verletzt wurden. Der sogenannte Transitional Military Council (TMC) hat das Abkommen zur Machtübergabe, das den Demonstranten versprochen wurde, aufgehoben. Obwohl die Organisierung von Wahlen innerhalb der kommenden neun Monaten versprochen werden, ist klar, dass solche Wahlen nicht unter freien und demokratischen Bedingungen stattfinden werden. Niemand sollte sich Illusionen über die aktuelle Situation machen. Dies ist ein Versuch des Armeekommandos, dem Weg von General Sisi in Ägypten zu gehen! Wenn der TMC seinen Plan durchsetzt, ist das eine verheerende Niederlage für das sudanesische Volk!
2. Dies ist eine eindrucksvolle Lektion dafür, dass alle Verhandlungen mit dem Armeekommando eine gefährliche Ablenkung darstellen. Wirkliche Freiheit und Demokratie kann nicht durch eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem Armeekommando erreicht werden - sondern nur durch Besiegen und Entfernen desselben!
3. Die Revolutionär-Kommunistische Internationale Tendenz (RCIT) bekundet ihre volle Solidarität mit den Kämpfen der sudanesischen Arbeiterinnen und Arbeitern sowie der Armen gegen die Diktatur! Wir unterstützen den Aufruf zu einem Generalstreik, wie er kürzlich von der Allianz für Freiheit und Wandel (ungeachtet unserer politischen Vorbehalte gegenüber diesem Bündnis) aufgestellt wurde.
4. Ein solcher Generalstreik sollte so lange andauern, bis der konterrevolutionäre Angriff des TMC besiegt wurde. Gleichzeitig ist es entscheidend, dass die Volksmassen Selbstverteidigungskomitees bilden, um den Angriffen standhalten zu können! Außerdem müssen die unterdrückten Volksmassen versuchen, die einfachen Soldaten für sich zu gewinnen, damit sie nicht den Befehlen ihrer Generäle folgen, sondern sich den Protesten anschließen.
5. Das strategische Ziel muss es sein, den TMC durch einen Volksaufstand zu stürzen! Für eine revolutionäre, verfassungsgebende Versammlung! Für eine Regierung der ArbeiterInnen und der armen Bauernschaft! Für eine revolutionäre Partei als Teil einer revolutionären Weltpartei! Kämpfe mit der RCIT für eine solche Perspektive!
